Thanks for your reaction to my favorite band, The Warning. I have seen them live 4 times and am a proud patreon. I got your reply to my previous comment in my notifications but couldn't reply. If you were blocked from reacting to Angelina Jordan, it may have been one after she signed with Republic Records. My request is an earlier video from her that has been reacted to by many, many channels who had not yet reached 1k subs.
Alejandra is pronounced: Ah-leh-han’-drah similar to Alexandra but with a j pronounced as an h in English in place of the x. However people know the sisters by their nicknames as Dany, Pau (Pow!), and Ale (Ah’-le). As good as all the songs in this concert are, this one is considered the best by many.

Welcome to The Warning (TW) rabbit hole. I discovered it just a few months ago and I didn't merely stop to take a peek inside, I fell straight to the bottom!
Disciple is one of my favorite songs, period. Great music and vocals with on-point lyrics as is their hallmark. Dany and Pau split lead vocals in this song because Dany is playing the role of an online influencer and Pau is playing the role of a disciple who gets taken in by the influencer's message.

*Disciple* is one of their songs about social media and how it affects people in ways they don't even know...
Dany (guitar) sings the part of the "leader"... Pau (drums) sings the part of a "follower", "disciple", or maybe "soldier"... basically they're speaking about how people take what they see on social media and believe it, whatever it is... in this way, certain groups out there control the narrative and what is happening... i believe this is a cynical song telling people to think for themselves and not believe everything they see or hear...
their OMV for *Disciple* was shot during the pandemic... all the extras in the video are IRL The Warning Army members... the wearing of the various masks works for the video as well as acknowledging the pandemic being a thing at the time of recording the video... there is a dichotomy of the masks, themselves... the "disciples/soldiers" wearing just cloth mouth and nose masks while the higher ranked overseers are wearing full face filter masks... and then we have DPA/TW playing the upper echelon, the untouchables, with no masks at all... this ranked depiction of status makes a huge statement about social media in addition to what is already being said in the song...
*XXI Century Blood* , *Z* , and *Kool-Aid Kids* are three other original DPA/TW songs that also speak about social media... the 1st one, XXICB, has an OMV that tells a story... it and the director were nominated for (and won?) several awards when it was released in 2017 when Dany was 17, Pau was 15, and Ale was 12 😹

Great 1st-time reaction to The Warning!
The Villarreal-Velez sisters are amazing songwriters and performers from Mexico who live in Monterrey, San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon. Each one of their original songs is great. Their second album, "QUEEN OF THE MURDER SCENE", is a concept album. It follows a girl's journey into unrequited love; from infatuation and obsession on into stalking and murder, then madness and the fight over her soul. It is a masterpiece. It was nominated for Best Rock Album at the 2019 Independent Music Awards.
Their 1st full-length LP, "XXI CENTURY BLOOD", is also very good and is packed with many great songs. The video for the title track, "XXI Century Blood", was nominated for and won many awards.
Their very 1st released recordings are from their 6 song EP, "ESCAPE THE MIND"; and it is amazing.
Despite being courted by numerous offers from many major record labels, The Warning have stayed independent through the years; relying on crowd funding to finance their projects. They refused to give up creative control over their material ... down to even the clothes they wear on stage.
After 7 months of negotiations, The Warning signed a 5 album recording contract with Lava/Republic Records/Universal Music Group in the fall of 2020.
They decided to release 1/2 (6 songs) of their completed 3rd full-length album in an EP called "MAYDAY" October 8th, 2021. The entire album was released June 24th, 2022: called "ERROR". "Disciple" is my favorite track!
They have recently finished recording their 4th studio album: no name or release date yet. They recently released their second single SICK from the upcoming album.
The Warning do not come from a family of musicians, however, their parents are huge fans of classic rock.
Both parents are professionals (recording engineer and dentist) and they enrolled their daughters into a private Catholic English Bilingual school Liceo de Monterrey, Mexico.
They also started the girls with classical piano lessons at ages 6, 4 and 5 years old.
Regular family functions included gathering around the TV with popcorn and watching LIVE concert dvds of legendary bands like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen and AC/DC.
When their parents got them the video game Rock Band at ages 8, 6 and 3, they went nuts playing it obsessively. Shortly thereafter they got real instruments with lessons from professional teachers: and the rest is history. Amazing they are 24, 22 and 19 years old and have already written, arranged, and released #48 original songs (and recently finished recording their 4th studio album). They recently performed 2 songs at the MTV VMA's.
I was fortunate enough to get to meet them after their show January 16th, 2020 at The Whisky a Go-Go in Hollywood, California. I had the opportunity to meet with them 3 more times during the 10 shows I attended on their 2022 North American MAYDAY Tour and 2023 ERROR WORLD TOUR.
Aside from their music, they are just normal, sweet, intelligent, and fun-loving young ladies who are truely grateful and endearing to their fans.

Nice try with Ale's name, the others have already given you the pronunciation so I won't bother. I get it though, it can be difficult trying to decipher how to say someones name when you don't know the language, I'm like that with Russian names, some I can handle but there are others where my mouth and tongue just don't work that way. Anyway back to the three incredible sisters you just watched, and they are incredible. They've worked so hard to get where they are today yet are still so humble, kind and very funny, but when they get on that stage they just rip you face off with their skill and talent. I am eagerly waiting for their next album. Glad you enjoyed The Warning and I hope you check out the rest of their amazing catalogue of music that spans over ten years now.

Not only do they get to do what they love as sisters, but the whole family is there as well. They travel the world with their parents , Louis and Mony, who both set aside their professional careers to support their daughters ( Engineer and Dentist, respectively).
That has to be so awesome to do something you love and do it with your family, so jealous, but I’m glad for them that they’re able to do that 🤘🏻❤️🎶💪🏼

Daniela, Paulina y Alejandra have a formidable innate talent, each one of them.
Innate but with practice taken to the sublime.
Despite their youth, they already have a lot of experience along the way in addition to their great preparation since they were little girls.
Their attitude, discipline and willingness to achieve their goals are leading them to great and well-deserved achievements.
Dany, Pau & Ale are still on the path to the top, but with too much potential, enough to think that reaching it will be inevitable.
Furthermore, the volume of quality that each of their creations implies is great… and the number of songs that carry said quality is enormous, which for me could be “The Warning label.”
I’m sure that each of their creations is subjected to a meticulous quality process before finally seeing the light…
And not only in the technical aspect, but they have also already shown that they have an exquisite taste for the good music that emanates from them when they become inspired and creative.
Added to all this is that they are surrounded by an excellent family and a fraternal team totally committed to their project...
And they have a fan base, “The Warning Army”, tremendously loyal to them (and exponentially growing too) that is decisively involved in supporting them because they have deservedly earned it for being incredible and surprising human beings.
Knowing this will give you a much better perspective to better value DPA, and maybe you will understand that TW is not just a band of talented young women who make good songs...
No, it’s about music, really about art with the brilliance of a "masterpiece" created and performed by three genius female performers from an early age who have been developing and evolving by leaps and bounds.
The beauty of their art lies in its simplicity.
Allways everybody have to appreciate each of these amazing rock masterpieces in all their dimensions and then be surprised again that they are creations of those who have wonderful talent but who, due to their age, still have much more talent to develop.
DPA are already admirable but their potential increases exponentially as they achieve success.
As long as all this continues to flow with this equation, soon they will reach the top of the world where they deserve to be.

The youngest is Ah-lay-Hon-dra. The J is pronounced like an H. She goes by Ale (Ah Lay) Paulina goes by Pau (Pow). Like she does on the drums, but Pau is a common nickname for Paulina, in the Latino world, like Jeff is for Jeffrey. Daniela the oldest goes by Dany.

Two new books have been published by Lulu Press about The Warning, both are novels. The first book is, Paulina, Love in an Alternate Reality. The second book is a novel based on their album Queen of the Murder Scene. It is called, Laia, Desire, Obsession, Madness, and Murder.
