I really wish you'd ditch the music in ALL videos. Peter, you are such an articulate speaker and communicator. I'm just not sure what's achieved with the music? I'm very new to your channel and perhaps you've already done this in later videos. By the way, I am actively scouring your book "GT". Love oit so far and I can see how someone gets hooked on GT's. I'm feeling the itch already.
Hi Patrick! Thanks for the kind comments, very much appreciated! I have not ditched the music in later videos, but I have learnt to use different music and make it much quieter and less obtrusive as I have got better at editing over the years… glad you are enjoying GT, hope it’s helpful! 😄

I’ve experienced nearly everything in the fresh water side of things from panfish to Atlantic Salmon with a two handed rod. Within the last 10 years I’ve taken up saltwater fishing and just keep knocking over one species after another systematically. Your book is quite literally transformational. The GT is not really fishing as I understand it. It’s hunting and you must enter the food chain or the “octagon” to even have a chance to beat them on their own turf. Casting for them in the surf must be electrifying and potentially terrifying given what else is lives there. I’m intrigued
