Hey Charles! There is no cameraman… it’s just me, myself and I with a camera on a tripod and flying a drone at the same time as casting.. so not too many camera angle options..😄
I think the name first comes from Denmark, sea trout fisherman on the coast call it "beach cast." Backhand is for me, the rod tilt on the other side of the body. Both is possible.;-)

Out of about 15 casts the cameraman zooms out and shoots from above. Would have been better looking right at you dead ahead.

It is not a real backhand cast ! Some call it beach cast.

Backhand is for me, the rod tilt on the other side of the body.
Both is possible.;-)
