Yes, Noa's vocal range extends 4,5 octaves, which is over an octave more than those of e.g. Floor Jansen (Nightwish), Tarja Turunen (ex Nightwish), Simone Simons (Epica) and the legendary Whitney Houston.
This act 3 of a 5 part series called Sands of Time. Each song can be listened to by itself, but if you listen to all of them you will get a better understanding of the song and its meaning. There is A LOT to unpack with this song, but you'll find out why there is so many dark and uplifting spots as you identified with your first listen. A masterpiece of a song.

🍻 my brother from 🇺🇸 to 🇫🇮. Late as always. Hope you're well. Last week I actually fell off my truck on hard Concrete. I bruised my left side to include my ribs. Starting to heal. Hello. Just caught you on my cue. I'm always late to the party. Going to have to check out your other Scardust Reactions. I'm still new to them and they are now my 3rd band I support. Some of the things that make Scardust unique is adding Hellscore in the pieces. I kind of agree for some people nor to get a musical journey. I sponsored a reaction to this and they couldn't distinguish the keyboard sound and didn't like the guitar tone. It was the keys. I told my wife that I love how Orr and Noa writes a bit in a happy place and then have intricate atonal conflicting parts and then back to your happy place for most. I also love the way Noa does her Harsh vocals. Harsh has grown on me since I've found them. All in all my friend, a real nice reaction to a band I love and support. I'll catch ya in the comments. Noa Gruman’s jaw dropping performance in this is nothing short of epic and I think she’s the most agile, versatile, exciting voice in music(.)
This is quintessential Noa & Scardust & Hellscore showing us just how otherworldly gifted they all are and what they are capable of doing in this classical/symphonic/progressive metal genre……and this was just the meat of a colossal conceptual 27+ minute Five Act Suite titled “Sands of Time” that should be listened to from start to finish!
I have a sneaking suspicion we’re going to be hearing & seeing quite a bit more coming from them going forward and they will become a musical tour-de-force to be reckoned with(.)

🇫🇮👍All the albums & an EP that they have so far released are just epic. Hopefully we'll have a new album late this year or early next year as they are now working on it.
@@tarmotyyri6733 Everything they’ve done so far is pure gold! They’ve indicated they will have new material released by the time they take the stage in support of Blind Guardian, this fall, and it can’t come soon enough for these ears!
