oh my gawd that was my house near 11:02 seconds lol. i love my neighborhood ant being near downtown Buckeye. what i love about Buckeye is the quiet community, family friendly neighborhoods and the incredible opportunities the city council is bringing to Buckeye. the city is invested in the development of the city. i highly recommend moving to Buckeye!

Thank you for sharing. My husband and I live in Florida and property taxes,homeowners insurance and political climate is going downhill. My in laws live in Buckeye and love it. I first fell in love with Verrado but then on another trip LOVE Estrella Mountain Ranch by Newland. We live in a Newland community in Florida. When we are ready-we will contact you. Thank you again. I think the weather is hotter in Arizona than Florida,but the cost of living seems less and you get more for your money in Arizona. Florida has changed so much! Thank you again ❤😊
Yeah the property taxes an homeowners insurance costs are much lower here than lots of other areas. I love the Verrado and Estrella Mountain areas too! We just helped clients move to each of those areas in the past couple months and they love their new homes! 🏠😊 Look forward to hopefully helping you guys find your dream home here as well in the future and reach out any time if you have questions!
I suggest moving to Idaho or Oregon. The weather is extremely intolerable here in AZ. Oregan has a beach and Idaho has beautiful lakes. AZ obviously being a desert doesn't offer much to do outdoors. The only nice place in AZ is Flagstaff.
A lot of people actaully move here from Oregon and Idaho for the change of weather. Depends on what people are looking for, but lots of people will take the hotter weather and sunshine over the cooler and more gloomy weather in other places. ☀There are some great outdoor activities in different areas in Arizona depending on what you like to do and if you know where to look 😊 I agree that Flagstaff is a gorgeous place, love the pine forests and snow up there! So cool that Arizona has so many types of weather, landscapes, and ecosystems all in one state!

Diversity varies depending on what city and part of town you are in. Buckeye has some diversity, but not as much as Goodyear and Tolleson. We haven't done videos on those areas yet, but great idea and we can add those to our list of videos to make in the future for the channel 👍

Yeah, some areas have less pests than others. Usually if you are living somewhere near the mountain or that has new construction there can be more pests. Pest control companies here know how to deal with the pests really well so finding a good company to help prevent the pests is the best way to go 😊
DO NOT MOVE HERE if you value your life. Verrado is a nice area with a sence of community but its just an area and just on the other side of the I-10 to the south and the rest of buckeye is crime ridin out at the Watson exit where Walmart is and Miller exit to the west. And we just had an active shooter at the Walmart last night. Luckely my wife got out just before it went down.
So glad you and your wife are safe! Like any city Buckeye has pockets and areas like that. Always good to be informed and know the crime rates and the areas that are a good fit for you. How long have you lived in Buckeye? 🙂
Ahhh the good old days when homes were 120k! Miss those days too here! There has been so much growth in AZ over the years which has caused cost of living to go up. Luckily there are lots of programs and incentives out there to help with some of the cost, but you're right that it't not the same as the past with those prices.
You're not downtown the original Buckeye. You're in the Newport, but you need to take it downtown and see how they're remodeling. That or what's going on right there? Not everybody lives in Alvarado.

Yes, I own 2 properties in Arizona, one in Buckeye and the other 1 in tartasco, but it's grown so much since we bought our home 10 years ago, but great videos try to show most of the old part works. Also, they're building another huge lithium plant in Tucson. That's 2 point, something billion dollar plant and in Mesa. Also, it's just really getting high. Also I was reading about evictions in Maricopa. County is higher than ever the eviction rates. There are getting worse, but that's between you and me. I don't care where you go in this country, every Walmart is always something going on. There's always a lot of crime there, Walmart for some reason, brings in communities where there's a lot of problems, and it creates more problem than helping the community, so it's not the city. It's the people who are, there are causing problems. What Buckeye is a quiet city active shooter? You get that everywhere you go. They just add an active shooter in the state of Ming. So where can you go or there's no active shooter? That's just the way we live anywhere. Evil, no worse, not anymore.
There is actually a lot of greenery and desert beauty here but it's not the right fit for everyone. The summers are brutal, but for people like me who love the fall, winter, and spring it's worth it 😊
