This piece of paper is your first representation in front of the admission committee.
Every year there are 100s of applications for each program and the selection committee has to read them all. Now the question arises, why do they look at your letter thoroughly and read it?
It is only possible if your letter is unique and grabs the attention of the reader.

Thanks for the video ,is it essential to state one's address and address of the school or programme in the motivation letter? If so, does the addresses and salutation included in the word count limit, I mean like if you were to write your motivation letter no beyond 1000 words does those addresses and salutation included or excluded of the said 1000 words?Thanks for your reply in advance
No it is not necessary to write address on motivation letter. This is the information that they can find from your CV. If you write the address you should count them in your words limit on safe side. I did not use address in my motivation letter only salutation and I wrote one page that won me the scholarship.

In my LOM should I mention about the conference I attended? Like each conference by name for is it ok to add a generic line that I attended that much conferences which taught me this

No it’s not mandatory to go back home country. You can find job and continue your stay. It is possible to have PR through this route .

Hi mehak. There 165 courses. Usually you will not find direct linked course like MSc in mathematics. So I would suggest you spend some time and read the details of each course and point out 2 or 3 courses that accept bachelor's in mathematics. As you mentioned that you already have MSc , if you had 4 years of bachelor and 2 yr of MSc then you are not eligible but if you have 2 year of bachelor and 2 year of MSc then you can apply. Also there is possibility that you just don't mention your MSc. Good luck

You have to write three different motivation letter because each program have different requirements looking in potential candidates

There are some programs which accepts letter from your university that states your education medium was English language. Otherwise you have to have IELTS to be competitive.

Hi Tariq, this letter should be written by your professor for you and it will be completely different for each student. Just ask some of your professor who knows you well to write this letter for you.
