Dear Farhan, thanks for such an informative video. The motivation letter pattern that you have explained is compelling but don't you think that there might be a repetition of our CV if we talked again about the same internship, publications, degree program etc. In other words, how can we avoid repetition while simultaneously including essential information that is already in our CVs?
Good question Yes it is a repitition. But thats how a salesman sells its product. Every detail is written on the product itself. But in his pitch he tries to connect the product's features to your needs. Thats the idea behind this methodolgy. They can read your CV. But in motivation letter you need to sell yourself to the jury about how your expertise (degrees, coursese , experiences) are suitable for the program's need.
Sir in the 1st paragraph you have mentioned that we have to write the university name which offers the required program. As in Erasmus the program is not offered by just 1 university instead it is a consortium of more than 3 universities. So we have to write the name of any one university or all the universities should be mentioned? Your response will be appreciated.

I have Completed my BS in Physics with 3.15 CGPA in 2022, Now, its been 1 year and which is obviously a gap in my studies, I don't have work experience in the relevant field, Will it be a problem or am I good to go for it? Who is Lenka? 1- That is not a big study gap. You can say that you were taking some time off from study or whatever. It depends on you how you cover it in your application. If I were to apply to different (but highly related) programs in a uni, do I have to send separate motivation letters. For example my bachelors is in biosciences and I could apply for environmental sciences or even biotech, molecular bio, or related fields in that department, and some of those aren't even research based, if it is not research based, even then would I need to include the instructor background? or just the programme background and how it would help me in fulfilling my ambitions would be fine?
If we are applying for example in 3 or 5 different programs, then definitely we have to write separate Motivation letters but what about recommendation letter. If you really want to hunt for scholarship you have to go through all this extra headache of making separate recommendation letters for different programs and getting it signed from respective professors. Hi Usually you are not obliged to put all this info on motivation letter. I dont know if there is a europass format for motivation letter. You can just have following pattern if there is no guidance in the application form: Dear , And thats its.

While using the europass website to write the motivation letter, there are some fields to fill, like my name, address, phone number, email, information about the person that will get it, like to whome it is send, name of organisation, their address, then body, closing sentence, and signture. when I write all these info the letter becomes more than 1 page. That is why I am asking if it is mandatory to write my contact info + university contact info? Another thing the europass add lot of spaces.

Hello, please do I need to write my address, email, phone number and the address of the university in to whom it is addressed apart from dear in the motivation letter when following europass format????? And do I need to put my signature? Because when I do these it becomes more than 1 page. Please guide me and Jazak Allah khairan

Usually you are not obliged to put all this info on motivation letter. I dont know if there is a europass format for motivation letter.
You can just have following pattern if there is no guidance in the application form:

While using the europass website to write the motivation letter, there are some fields to fill, like my name, address, phone number, email, information about the person that will get it, like to whome it is send, name of organisation, their address, then body, closing sentence, and signture. when I write all these info the letter becomes more than 1 page. That is why I am asking if it is mandatory to write my contact info + university contact info? Another thing the europass add lot of spaces.
