I have struggle for many years to make the best pavlova at home 😂 Selalu lain everytime buat.. But now, i dah tahu the tips and tricks to get the perfect crunchy at the outside and marshmallowy in the inside texture for the pavlova. SOOO SEDAPP!!

Can i use normal sugar instead of castor sugar?

I think people use castor sugar because it dissolved easily compared to normal sugar
