UPDATE:1 year and still cranks within the first 2-3 pulls. Probably will buy another when this one finally does bite the dust th-cam.com/users/postUgkx43QMbQqu67IZadu9ou8Sg1BdrunMRNqX . No issues at all. Very happy with it.UPDATE: After 6 months of use and over 70 uses I would still highly recommend this pressure washer. It does vibrate a decent amount but never had it “walk” like others have mentioned. No oil leaks, still seems to run like the day I bought it. Still cranks within 2-3 pulls every time. Very happy with my purchase!Have used it about a dozen times now. Plenty of power, cranks up on 1-2 pulls every time. My only complaint would be I wish it was a little taller to make it easier to walk with it (hits my ankles a lot) and that the two hose connections were a little further apart but it hasn’t caused me any issues. Seems to run a good 1-1/2-2 hrs on a full tank, overall a well built machine and definitely worth the money in my opinion.

The overalls for those that do not know, are fishing waders. There are 3 main types, Hip, Waist, and Chest,(overalls) the pair depicted in the video are Chest waders and those are the most popular as they provide the most protection. Waders are also made out of different materials, the type in the video is Neoprene, which is extremely durable, has a bunch of stretch, is all around tough, but has zero breathability and should be used for colder temps like mid to late fall-winter, and very early spring. They also make breathable waders, composed of Nylon and Polyester and those are extremely lightweight, super breathable, and are great for warmer weather. They can also be used for colder temperatures if you wear an insulating moisture wicking base layer. Typically the cheaper options of both will have the rubber boots built in for the chest high (overalls)suits, whereas the more expensive pairs will either cut off below the ankle, or will have neoprene booties, built onto the foot portion. You may also purchase those booties separately. Hope this helps anyone who may have been interested, or had questions regarding the waders.

Can u do a video with the complete set up shown like attaching everything together and then start pressure washing. I’m a newbie to this stuff. I’ve been pressuring washing my own property for forever. I have a ton of concrete and I live in an area that is warm humid and rains during spring and fall so I always get algae build up and the concrete gets slick and dangerous. It’s a big job especially when I am only using the spray attachments that come with the pressure washer. I really need to upgrade to a surface cleaner. I wanna invest in good products so it will last a long while. But it looks like you have to purchase what u need piecemeal?

Gabe Mota it honestly depends. A 10ft extension is an awesome short cut and a lot easier the hauling a ladder around the house. However sometimes it’s not quite long enough, like on some two story houses you need that extra footage.

Zep makes some cleaners for pressure washing. You can find their brands at most big box stores. If your customer is more conscious about the environment, you might want to use a biodegradable detergent. Some folks don’t want chemical run off in their soil/ yard. So be respectful and mindful to the customers needs and you will have better success.

New to this whole pressure washy biz and was curious if there is any harm on the equipment if I'm using a 3800 psi 3.5gpm with the same surface cleaner that Justin has in the video 20"? I made the purchase recently and tested it on a few jobs and it works great but I just read that the ratio for surface cleaner size vs GPM is 4x meaning I should of gotten 3.5x 4 = 14inch surface cleaner.
    Much appreciated

    • @BenjaminDavis104

No there’s no harm on the equipment. People recommend the 4in per 1 GPM ratio to stop the surface cleaner from leaving swirl marks on the pavement. If you go slow though you won’t experience that issue, but no damage to any equipment! :)

Mainly need to upgrade to water container if washer is over 4 gpm, because its more than their home water pressure can supply. Those machines are pretty expensive and prob not commonly used when first startng out.
It's normally understood that you will be using their water.

How long should the hose be that attaches to the pressure washer, not the hose you use to screw into the water spout? Do you use a pressure washer that you can also use soap in it or don’t you need it soap?

Hi, I bought a RYOBI 3000 PSI 2.3-GPM Honda Gas Pressure Washer at Home Depot with a surface cleaner. It was only intended for home with no intention to getting in to the biss but after watching videos I kinda wanna start something up. My ? Is, aside from the equipment did you have to get a business lisence, insurance, water permits when you first started or at all? Not a full time job just a side hustle or maybe help my bro in law make some money.

    • @FL3XN3

Most "high end" surface cleaners require 3500psi and 4gpm (min)...generally speaking, the higher the better.

I have seen videos where a bilge pump is used and they pump it into the customers yard. Wouldn't that damage the lawn?
What is the best solution for a beginner?

Include a separate "Chemical" fee, but make sure to offer it as an "OPTION". Many clients prefer you to not use chemicals.
