I'm a landscape gardener and also do jet washing. Like you said I think we all struggle with pricing when starting out. I charge by the square meter. I've just got a job booked in for a huge driveway at 250 square meters for £625. The main thing is that whatever you charge, it has to cover your outgoings as well as paying yourself a decent livable wage
I have been watching your vdeos for a while now and you and another person I follow have been inspiring. im starting my pressure washing business very soon and all your info is valuable, once again a big thankyou
thanks for the help you give me. i posted leaflets and bagged a load of jobs and posting on my Facebook page that got me a load more job. i would have to agree word of mouth is the best way to get jobs and been a man of our word i find important to my clients. it helps that i have OCD lol
Re. Going in cheap. As you mentioned, you're trying to build a long-term relationship for repeat work, go in cheap, and they'll expect the same price all the while.
Thanx for the info, I’m just about to start up myself lots of researching before I go ahead, there’s loads to think about that you mentioned in the video, I’ve worked with chemicals before so that’s one thing ticked of the list, the only thing I’m struggling with is finding a good pressure washing system and someone to fit it in my van any recommendations anyone, good luck to everyone who has or is starting up 👍
Hello, could I ask a question, I want to buy a new pressure washer, do you think I would be better off buying a pressure washer which is 200 bar at 21 LPM or 250 bar at 15 LPM, the price is the same...
Flow is more important than pressure 21lpm is perfect You don’t need anything more powerful as sandstone etc will delaminate (layers will fly off while blasting) and you also blow all the grouting out of patios when you could spray sodium hypochlorite etc and scrub it in then wind the unloader valve right down and use lower pressure to clean and rinse which will save having to re point
Done some work but complete noob in comparison. Question is: 3100psi, 10lpm hyundai, would that machine be good enough to use 2 or 3 days a week, 3 or 4 jobs a week. Cleaning drives etc. Do i reaally need to buy the 4000psi 15lpm machine?
Awesome video! I wanted to ask about quoting for pressure washing jobs. If I'm asked to provide a quote, I usually tell people it's £4/sqm (in London). However, I'm unsure if I should include the cost of chemicals in that £4/sqm. I typically use SH, which is quite expensive, and sometimes I need a lot for larger patios (I use a 50/50 dilution). What would you recommend?
Cracking video mate! Some brilliant advice there and an enjoyable video to watch. Top content 💯 I am currently looking at starting a driveway jet washing pressure business alongside my other businesses so this video has been really informative. I also follow your channel and loved your video on the grey and black block magic driveway painting. I would love to be able to drop you a message for a bit more guidance and advise with setting up if you would be okay with that? Keep up the good content. You’re killing it 🙏🔥
4:04 I have rewinded the video 3 times now in this bit, and I still don't have a clue what you're on about? Do you mean commenting on other people's photos, or posting a photo yourself?

I've done pressure washing jobs with an electric machine, 1800psi, 12lpm. Done OK! Surprisingly
Also I'll be happy to upgrade to the 15lpm,4000psi once I make some money. Its not that I can't afford it, just not sure if I actually need it?
Electrics shit compared to petrol you won't believe it
Hi, have you ever used Vevor products?
Well said mate 👍
Hi pal love the vids
Just getting into the jet wash scene as well as doing my gardening what’s the course you did for the chemical side
Cheers
Links in the description mate
Cheers just found it I’m old and bit of a techno tard lol
Great video, thanks.
To start, would an electric karcher do the job?
As a general rule, unless I know somebody and they're doing me a favour I never choose the lowest quote
Happy birthday Jake🎉🎉
Excellent video 😮!
Some great points!!
