    I am baking it now. Waiting to heat up my oven. I put cheese fillings, chocolate chips filling and I also use air fryer for those tiny bits corner left over.. it bakes nicely too and taste delicious!! Tq for the recipe. Love from Singapore!!

    On Sunday I bake a triple batch of these rolls, and we freeze them. Then for a week we have them for our bread. The family loves them they are so tender and tasty.. Thank you for this great recipe.

    I have just finished baking. I followed the exact measurement and instructions. The taste is nice, the softness is fine, but the texture isn’t as stretchy as the one in the video. Any suggestion for my next try to make it more stretchy? 🥺

    Thanks for a lovely recipe! Instead of milk powder can I use custard powder? Also can I keep the dough balls ready at night in the baking tray and just bake it right out of fridge in the morning? Many thanks!

    Thanks for sharing your bread recipes! A lot of recipes recommend adding yeast and sugar to warm milk, cover until the yeast activates and bubbles before mixing it to the flour with the other ingredients... does it make a difference?

      The recipe uses instant yeast so there is no need for activation. You only do that for active dry yeast.

    I tried this using King Authurs bread flour. The flour needed more milk. So I added a couple teaspoons and worked it in. I used Active Yeast instead of instant. I let it rise 40 min then put it in the oven and it went ahead and did the rest of the rising in the oven. Ive got 9 min left and they look delicious rising in the oven. Not your typical results. Follow her instruction to the letter and use All purpose flour. I know mine are going to be delicious. I just had to try my King Authurs flour. I like that its never Bromated to dry it. I dont want Bromate in my body.

    I like all ypur videos its because you use all purpose flour but I really want to know what brand do you using. It might have more protein than other all purpose flour to make soft bread like that.
