Only Platinum card (metal card) and Amex centurion card holders (Black Card) are allowed inside that lounge.
You could have went to some other lounge in the airport. It's not Amex fault they clearly mentioned in their website.

I think, there's an alternate way to get into some lounges. That's priority pass. Usually it charges some 30-50 USD for lounge access using the card for which priority pass membership is created.

For the Amex Centurian lounge, you would need atleast Amex Platinum card bro. Platinum travel card doesn't work there. There would be a seprate jhantu quality lounge that accepts Amex Traveller Platinum card.

Mr taneja, i work for American express India office, there are only two reasons for your denial in the lounge.
1- the lounge is full
2- your card doesn't qualify for entry
3- there is no other reason.
please take an upgrade on the card to enjoy these benefits for the cost of the card annually.

Platinum travel card pe nahi milta amex lounge me access....amex lounge me bass plat charge and centurion card walon ka entry hai....Plat reserve or hota tha, but now it's not there anymore ..but Travel card never had this access
