I used to do reel repairs, and has taken quite a few Revo Toros apart. So if you should receive some more in your shop over time, I can mention a few weak spots. The first are the clutch mechanism, that tends to tighten up over time. It has to be completely taken apart(take pictures, and have a small plier ready, as the reassembling of the mechanism can be tricky). All the moving parts should be lightly greases, preferably with a Teflon based grease like Cal's or Magnalube. In the first versions of this reel, the metal rocker arm was often damaged as well, and had to be replaced. The metal rocker arm, was on the later versions reinforced with steel, to absorb the stress. The second weak spot is the housing holding the bearing on the drive side. The aluminum seems to deteriorate in contact with the steel bearing(salwater), and could get stuck. This bearing I normally packed with grease, as it´s only function it to support the pinion gear. Hope this helps, if one day you should get a really bad example on the bench. Regards Morten.

This one was barely used. Thank you for the tips! This was my first one
good for big fish? salmon over 40 pounds?
It could probably handle a fish that big
My gear shaft won't turn my spool. Same reel, I'm having trouble
Check the drag stack, make sure the parts are in the proper order
