This is wild … you are one if the best tech around including Mark … kYou had to have been doing this a while … I guess as a kit they are little less expensive, cause apparently it is a little tedious to build No? ? But thanks for sharing Joe …. I guess a lot of these cars Are made for routed tracks even my tea except chatty I notice comes rolling off my FX track and I asked Mark last night and the first nobody said anything and he says no wait a minute they made that for around the track and they sell tires for a homestyle track like mine so weird I was wondering why the thing wouldn’t stay on the track anyway thanks for Sharing Joe

Couldn't tell but the little black thing looks like a gear boss, or gear saver, Mark doesn't use them they are used in place of a spacer, the nipple on the pinion gear centers in the gear boss,

mike I never use them they go in the trash

@DongWoody i have cars with and without them i don't use spacers, if it is a built chassis i like certain ones.
