    If you spend your life trying to get all the stress intention out of your life, your life's not going to go very far. You're not going to grow much. Now there's a really important piece to this really successful people believe that stress grows them and through cycles of stress and relaxation, they grow.
    So in this video, I want to talk about tension and you guys know, I love talking about tension, but in this case, I want us to talk specifically about turning tension into flow or tending tension into flow States. You see tension is the activator of flow States and flow States are where everything gets done. It's where magic happens. It seems like where the impossible happens, where you can do basically anything. So how do we get this feeling of flow? How do we get this feeling of a flow state? Well, actually before I cover that, I'm going to give you an example with flirting. I have been out. I remember, uh, the first time it happened, really happened. I was out in a bar and I started flirting and I just flirted a little more. And for some reason, I didn't know why that night suddenly it seemed like I could do no wrong.
    Every girl I talked to you was suddenly responding. Girls were getting nervous. I was starting to step into the tension more, but the more I step to the intention, the more they would enjoy me, I could start to see the matrix. I could tell when a girl liked me, even before I walked up, I could tell when a girl was checking me out. I remember I was standing at the bar one time, I was leaning against the bar, talking to my buddy. He was to my right. And we were sitting there having a nice conversation. And I suddenly saw this girl on the other side of him, I was kind of glancing. And I went like this and I looked around him to look at her and she suddenly went and look lean back. And she got, I could tell she got nervous. I knew right in that moment because I was in this flow and I'd been flirting and everything was just working.
    And I was kind of talking to him about this flow state, but I was in that. She, she liked me and I said, hold, hold, hold on one minute. And I've pushed my friend out of the way. I reached over, grabbed her hand and just pulled her over. And I remember this was one of the early times when I first started to experience flow in bars and she giggled. She laughed. And then she immediately looks at me. He looks big doughy eyes and goes, I'm shy. And I just immediately laughed. I calmed her down. We started talking and we started going from there. There was a bunch more things that happened that night that were absolutely amazing. And it really blew my mind, uh, this whole idea of flow state. And I'd heard about it. I had experienced a little bit jogging, but I'd never fully experienced it in communication before.
    And this was really powerful. You see, tension is the activator of these flow States. I'm sure you've had flow States in your life. It could be an a sport. Uh, it could be I'm a snowboarder. So, uh, I've had flow States and snowboarding. It could be as a skier. It could be as a mountain climber. It could be an a, an a public speaking. I get flow States in public speaking, where it's just like, everything gets fed to you. And I want to talk about how that happened and how to turn that on,

    the tension journal is one of the most powerful excercices i've ever done. I do it for some time and then take a break, just to relax into the new learnings, reading it once in a while and is so powerful to remember those experiences and the feeling of it. It would be awesome to be able to buy a Fearless Tension Journal -FTJ- with phrases and with advices to step into tension from the team, with brian view of how it should be it would be a no brainer

    Love you Brother Brian. You are truly a sword of truth and a beacon for the lost who have become almost hopelessly buried in self deception and heavy oppressive emotion. You truly see the root of the issue which i find in my experience fustrately rare. I been on a long beyond words almost beyond comprehending fustrateing journey to find true love with a women and i believe you have shed so much light on alot of what i was doing wrong and what i need to do right though still a battle i thank you for what your doing. You are true a treasure to humanity my brother may the good your doing putting into the world find its way back to you seven fold

      In looking at the description of what is covered it addresses the following: How to Eliminate Neediness That Scares Women Away.
      This course has several deep meditations on a variety of topics, to include abandonment and neediness.
      I hope this helps.

      @Trackman, can you think of your own list and post it here for other guys to consider? Spiking tension can come from just acting abnormally in some small way in public like walking down the street with one hand in the air. What sounds crazy to you but makes you laugh? That will translate directly into greater social freedom with women or anyone else. - Andrew, TFM Staff

    Can ye at the fearless man make a video about mental health ie. Depression and anxiety. It would greatly help me as i am struggling right now

    • @TheFearlessMan
      @TheFearlessMan  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Owen, Here is one Brian did on this topic, link at the bottom. Aside from getting any needed medical treatment for depression, it's all about the revealing process and self-care. Do the little things that you can get yourself to do every day, the smallest good thing you do for yourself on a daily basis is like a spark that you turn into a flame. Also, super important: support. Connect with real friends, anyone genuine and reliable. Maybe look into some kind of (again, genuine) spiritual practice or group. And seriously, see about coming to a workshop. That will help cover a lot of these bases. Your support network will grow and strengthen. The commitment will give you a goal. When you have a goal that taxes you, it is much harder to get stuck in depression and apathy. Here are links for the upcoming events - Andrew, TFM Staff.

      He Logan, Check out the channel, there are a whole bunch of videos on connecting with women. In general we focus on internal awareness, not pick up tricks or routines so you'll see the videos go in-depth on how to become aware of what's happening with you when you are meeting a beautiful woman. The best way to really get started connecting with more amazing women is to get into coaching with us directly. I'm linking some of our upcoming events in Miami. Hey Sudigumi, Tension might scare you now but that is because of negative memories associated with higher-tension situations. As you continue to grow, not only will you have better experiences in higher-tension situations but you will be able to look back at the less fun memories with more compassion for yourself and not feel ashamed now of mistakes or missed opportunities. You will also be able to turn those memories into fuel to break free from the things that are holding you back instead of attacking yourself. - Andrew, TFM Staff

    I was thinking about somenting that usually is not productive, like playing at videogames, to practice get in the flow. Here in my country is not possible to go out and practice, because of the covid 19 restrictions. What do you think about playing intentionally to videogames at a certain difficulty to balance tension and skills and practice the reaching of the flow state? At least I can use this system to practice until the opening... Awsome message as always however. Thanks Guys.

    • @TheFearlessMan
      @TheFearlessMan  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Agostino, Good question. You don't need videos games though to practice on your own. When you are talking to a woman, you are simply responding to your own emotions so you can image talking to her - or any challenging situation - as a tool BUT you have to put your attention on your emotions and work to stay with those emotions honestly without escaping into a fantasy where there is a story that you are using to trigger dopamine. Usually, when we have an image of a beautiful woman or challenging situation, a mix of emotions comes up and we try to block the less fun emotions with fantasy. It takes work but it is very real and beneficial. When a real woman or tense situation is there - Andrew, TFM Staff

    Very good content, but there is contradiction, rooted in the "moral relativism = wisdom" indoctrination, that blinds even the very emotionally intelligent into saying things like "stress is your friend," and "relax into the tension" ignoring the fact that relaxation and tension are mutually exclusive; the truth is that there are some stress-filled emotions, like fear, craving and anger, that are pure sabotage, it would be more accurate to call them demonic than friends, but again the indoctrination against anything being purely bad kicks in and logical fallacies follow.
