There have been at least 4 fatal accidents of the TDR 42 and 72 aircraft due to icing it is obviously and should be grounded immediatly

Due to loss of control when flying in ice causing accidents it would be best to ground this aircraft

This aircraft is completely safe. I assume you are refering to the recent incident where a plane like this crashed due to ice forming on the wing?
