is the lens your using to heavy? also what's the size and brand of the nd filter your using??

The sigma 18-35 is a heavy lens, I use it when I need maximum quality and an open aperture. I use - ND Lens Filter (K&F CONCEPT 72mm)

Nice vid, however I would personally say a nice 3.5 inch monitor ontop and the vmount plate from smallrig with an npf plate swap and battery would be a much better addition to the rig given the screen isn't tiltable and more times than not if you're going handheld you don't want the camera to be held up much if at all. You could also just use a regular vmount which will help offset the weight of the sigma 18-35 because, although it is a very nice lens it's a huge lens

Thanks for the recommendations, I completely agree!
I plan to buy a monitor and replace the powerbank with batteries. What monitors would you recommend?

@@Photo_Adventures I currently use the Osee Lilmon 5 with my Bmpcc4k but for the EOS M I think it depends on whether you want to build it out bigger or keep it as a small sort of setup, I've taken a look at the Suikui RH35 and so I'm trying to source one that sort of size so I can create a sort of mini run'n'gun setup with my EOS M as I intend to use it for more personal projects than actual work given I have the BMPCC4K for that

@@cine-ish Thank you. Yes, the main criterion for a monitor is to keep the camera compact

@@Photo_Adventures yeah I'd say a good setup for compact is to get a slim vmount and the smallrig plate with a dummy battery to power it and then I'd also look into some smaller 3.5 - 4 inch screens as they'll have a much smaller footprint but be much more usable that that tiny screen. I currently have a Ninja 2 that I am going to be using with the Canon HV30 as it's full size hdmi out but I may also end up slapping it ontop of my EOS M every now and then though I am intending to use my EOS M as a super16 style camera for more grab and go stuff with less setup needed

Hey man! Congratulations! This video is great for Canon EOS M fans!
I have just one question: if I want to replace the Power Bank Clamp Holder with a microphone mount (wireless or shotgun), what do you suggest?

      Hello, my friend.
Glad you liked my video. In answer to your question I can say the following:
      1. Depends on your budget and goals
      2. I have a Rode VideoMicro shotgun microphone, I use it very rarely, but I’m happy with the sound quality
      3. If you need a wireless microphone for recording interviews, I would recommend - GODOX Movelink (M2)

Imho, like recommended a good wireless mic will be a lot more useful overall for many instances in terms of getting good audio that is relatively easy and simple to fix. I use the Rode Go Wireless setup for my actual work and that is perfect, lightweight and easy to use but I've also used the dji mics in the past too and they're overall very good

I agree a wireless microphone would be a better choice
