this video is so therapeutic honestly I get so lazy sometimes to shoot in raw, because its so much easier to just shoot in regular but you make it worth the effort.

Hi zeek. Do the tutorial how to denoize footages in mlv app. Because over 800 iso they are noizy. Or when trying to increase exposure to +2, shadows becomes noizy.

I saw on the ML forums that a new SD card overclock patch has been released that makes many cards (not just extreme pro) now shoot at 80MB/s. Some people have commented that 3k mode is now a viable option, along with 5.2k anamorphic with dual ISO. I think the 3K mode could have huge benefit to image detail quality, and 5.2k dual ISO possibly having big dynamic range boost. Would love to see your thoughts on them in an upcoming video. Danne's build has got a quite a few updates over the last few days so maybe best to wait a few more days for the quirks to be worked out in an upcoming build.

Great video and lenses, Zeek. The color and the definition that comes out of these little pieces are amazing. But I personally think that you can shoot great video even using a bottom of bottle as lenses 😁
Amazing video as usual! I still have not sold my EOS M and have used it quite a bit on a recent trip. What I most love about it is the size... stripped down to the bare minimum it's just so small and fun (and powerful when the need arises). It got way more use on that trip than my A6300... ;) Any more videos in the works?

Thanks for another brilliant video. I use these lenses with my EOS M too. Up until now, I’d shoot them with HD movie crop mode to avoid vignettes but I want to give them a shot with your RAW settings. Are you using your usual recommended pixel sizes? There is a lot of false advertising surrounding this camera. I was planning to buy one, but I decided to check its capabilities one more time. Apparently, in 2K or 4K modes, you can only film for a few seconds. This is ridiculous. Sure, you can stitch together a few short clips and showcase them on TH-cam to make the camera seem amazing, but how can it actually be used for professional production? It's just a toy for hobbyists, nothing more.

I would say absolutely... EOS M with Magic Lantern is cool, but a very intensive enthusiast endeavor and I feel you'll have a lot more success with a ZV-E10 for what you want to do!

Hi, I just bought a Canon EOS M but I have some issues. It doesn't matter which settings I use the Camera just records about 2-4 seconds until it stops. I lowered the bit-depth to 10 bit and also shot on 1080p. But it won't help. When I am recording the Icon is always in the red to orange area. Could someone please help me out more? It's running on a SanDisk Extreme Pro 95 MB/s (32 GB) I had lying around. But I just bought a SanDisk Extreme Pro 170 MB/s. Greetings from Austria, Vincent
I understand you’re using the Kiev lenses, that’s great. I recently purchased a C-Mount zoom lens, and tried a 3x crop with 1080p mode. However, the record button doesn’t work. I thought something wrong with the camera and powered down and on again. Still the same record button doesn’t work issue. But when I change to Canon 50mm f/1.8 in 3x corp with 1080p mode then the record button works. Ah it worked I thought. Again once I change back to the C-Mount zoom lens, surprisingly still the record button doesn’t function at all. Feeling quite strange to understand how come for a normal lens the 3x is working and not for C-Mount zoom lens. Am I doing anything wrong here?

No one mentions it but the EOS M has one of the best camera strap systems. So easy to add and remove and it's real sturdy

Beautifully shot videos Zeek! Do you know the sizes of the front filter threads on these lens if I were to mount a variable ND filter?
They are 35.5mm, but sometimes the filter ring Adapter doesn't fit.
Duct tape a huge one to the lens. 😝

M3 and above use a different OS that has not been hacked yet (or may never be hacked), so no chance for ML on these models in the near future!
