Someone already mentioned it but I would like to second the recommendation. Jinjer - Audiotree From Nothing is a great video to watch on Jinjer. Performances of 3 songs and discussion about their song writing, the origin of the band and their friendships. One of Tatiana's unsung skills is taking whatever the guys come up with and turn it into a story with her lyrics. No songwriting method is perfect and so it might not always work one hundred percent for every song but she is very good at it.
The Audiotree From Nothing with Jinjer is simply fantastic. They sound as good in that as anything I've heard of them. The entire Audiotree From Nothing series is excellent. The one featuring Loathe is also really badass and really heavy.
Woah that's a pretty incredible growl Anastasia! Very impressive! Queen! Are you sure your last name isn't Romanov? 😜 Excellent reaction. Same, this song is my new favorite. I'm definitely gonna have to check out your "amateur documentary" of Jinjer. You rock!
Nice to see you again! I second (or third or whatever) the recommendation to react to Jinjer's interview / live studio sessions, Audiotree | From Nothing. It's a total of about 23 minutes long, with segments of the band talking about various topics interspersed with live performances of 3 songs, "Vortex", "Wallflower" and "Dead Hands Feel No Pain". The live performances are *fantastic.* Throughout Russia's aggression toward Ukraine, they've always been very careful to distinguish between the *Russian people* and the actions of the *Russian state,* directing blame toward the latter. They take a lot of flack for it from their more nationalistic fellow Ukrainians, too, but it's just basic decency.
you are absolutely right, listening to Jinjer is like reading a book............ by the way, you don't need any image distortion with Jinjer, Napalm records are very tolerant in this regard...... lovely greetings from the german musician
I was supposed to see Jinjer, opening for Slipknot, but the war in Ukraine made them have to pull out. But now they're going to be on a particular Boat I'll be on next year, so Hooray 2nd chances! Rock on, Anastasia! 🤘😎👍
Another chorusless song but nonetheless full of hooks, just like Vortex. 🙂 She didn't exactly look like today 10 years ago, in 2014 she still had dreads and was still dressing like a boy. 😄
Since they brought Vlad on board, with all of his classical influences, the music has gotten harder. They are the top of prog metal. And since you brought it up, they support Ukraine's independence, but they hate that their Russian brothers and sisters are also dieing in a useless war. There are no winners there. This song kind of brings that to the forefront. She could be so many things, but she ended up being a soldier. Such a sad tale of reality.

Jinjer is amazing. Seen them twice and they were phenomenal. Someone’s Daughter is 🔥
Jinjer - примусили мене покохати прог метал 🤣🤘 Неймовірні ✌️🎵
I agree with you that Jinjer's sound is so distinct now they really are carving a path through the metal landscape.

Cleopatra, Marie Curie, Joan of Arc, Frida Kahlo
Jinjer - Audiotree From Nothing (Live Performance)
Not Frida. It is Georgia O'Keefe- you can tell by her dress and hairstyle. And yes, I know Tati loves Frida, but it Georgia, for real.
this is a piece of art!
Nice to see you again!

Great reaction though, Jinjer doing Jinjer even better than Jinjer did it before!!

You growl now? Wow!
Glad you finally got to this incredible track. The portrayals are Marie Curie, Cleopatra, Joan of Arc and not sure who the painter is.
I'm not sure but it could be Frida Kahlo
Most people meanwhile say it’s Georgia o’Keefe since Tati posted a portrait of her on her Instagram…
Anastasia, it is time for something different Dol Ammad-Hyperspeed. It is operatic sci-fi metal 6 male and 6 female vocals. Give a listen

I liked the part of the song where you growl.
