Quexat No problem at all, I forgot to mention that you can add black eye peas if you like, you can add that during the time when you cook the coconut milk, and sugar.

Oh I have question oum Srey can I just steam the sticky rice first then add it to the coconut milk and stir until it's dry then wrap it in clear plastic wrap so that way I don't have to steam it later.
