- On this week's episode we tour an incredible luxury villa located right by the beach in Estepona Playa, Estepona, Malaga, Spain. This one of a kind villas boast stunning uninterrupted sea views and has it own direct access to the beach. The architecture of the house was designed by an award winning architect Rafael de La Hoz who beautifully envisaged a home where the flow of the outdoor and indoor spaces are combining and completing each other.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 461 m2 of interior space and 255 m2 plot and it is located in a luxury complex that offers a several outdoor pool with stunning sea views, a large indoor heated swimming pool, spa, gym, paddel court and a Co-working/ Business Center.

In my opinion you showcase these homes the best. You get to the point and the pace thru the homes is perfect. I didn’t like the others. They had loud music playing and talked about things that weren’t important. Good job lady.

It misses security and a staff room, at this price point.The location of the property is not that good, the property is very specific, it is for young professionals in an area where young professionals cannot afford to pay this price. Older customers with this money would like to be served by staff and have security.The bedrooms are narrow and small. In regards to the investment potential it is not a good prospect, it will not appreciate at more than 4-5% per year for the next 10 years. I think based on this facts is overpriced. At a 30% discount I think would sale in 2 months. At current price it will be vacant for the next 2 years unless some luck is involved.

This house is actually a semi detached! It appears as if it’s been converted from a communal building adjacent to the pool area,l. It is then unfortunate enough to have a block of apartments sites directly behind only a few meters away. The finishes throughout the development are not at all premium. Same can be said for the plot as it’s just as close to the motorway as it is to the beach in a not very desirable part of town. All is not what you think you see when it comes to real estate presentation and sales materials, particularly on this coast.

I think this is my favourite property that you've shown to date. I do think the kitchen was a bit small and also the closet for the main bedroom seemed a bit small too at first glance.

Very nice use of the space. I think the villa will lack privacy but as a rental property it's great.
Privacy could be improved by planting small trees for example but definitely this property has great rental prospects :)
I don't know who needs to hear this you've got to stop saving money invest some part of it if you really want financial freedom
In this decade, people leaving without having a backup investment platform are really missing out on alot. I myself have a huge investment in bitcoin it's been very profitable this year. Bitcoin investment is actually really profitable. But getting a reliable broker to invest with is quite difficult. I have been a victim of scam before and so I find it difficult to trust anyone

Hi Jose, there is a hallway that is separating the shared bathroom and the two corresponing bedroom, each of them having an independent entry.

Am fost in Puerto Banus acum 1 saptamana pt prima data , am stat la B51 hotel cateva zile , am mers pe mila de aur pana in Marbella pe jos pe malul marii, am fost si la un camp de gol , am vazut si El Corte Ingles , frumoasa zona , mi-a placut mult dar scumpa fata de restul Spaniei !

Can I suggest you go look at some higher end stuff (villa Cullinan) to get you view count up and people to see your channel.
Nice interior but big problem not to have covered terrace to eat outside in shade and to protect furniture from rain. Security also a major concern as it is practically on the public beach. No thanks.
