Hi, you did a wonderful job showing the place. Very impressive. And the camera person did a good job too. Bravo!
I will say that I loved the basement level and the roof top area. However, and I know this is just my opinion and a matter of ones own taste, but I did not like the living areas. Just way over the top. Plus the style is just not me. I'm sure people find it attractive, but I only liked most of the bathroom designs/layouts and some of the kitchen(s) areas and that's all. I would prefer more modern style homes.
Oh, I would recommend to say "main" or "primary" bedroom and no longer use master. 😀

Dubai is not for everyone for sure but what I noticed after speaking with different people who now live in Dubai is that they are all staying longer than initially anticipated

Yes I realised I misused the term when what I actually meant to say was that the property is extravagant considering the ceilings are covered in 24k gold leaf and silver leaf, the Swarovski chandeliers … these are features that you d rarely find in residential properties.
