    Micah, I don't know about you but I personally think the world is well on its way being cookoo even with electricity. I agree we should have as many sources of resources as possible. Thank you for another great video.

    Great video brother really enjoyed it.Our meat was always so salty a dog wouldnt eat it lol but like you said theres ways to get the salt out of it with water have a great day

    Canning meat is on our learn how to do list. Canned meat is insurance against power outages, both short outages and the big permanent one.

    Question for Micah : Posing a "What If" .. What if you lost power or natural gas which powered your freezer filled with meat ... could you save the meat from spoiling by taking it in the thawing state , and then process it and can it as you are doing in this video ?

    I can everything. I can pork and even do pork broth to add to beans and stews instead of water. Obtw, that Camp Dog arrived pretty quick and you're right, it's good... he even sent me a free bonus pack of the fish breading, thanks for the recommendation.

    I had some i hung for that long. It was like chewing on a salt block even after a few soaks... 😂 I wonder, how salty was that one? 🤔
