    I listened to this hypnosis for 2 weeks before flying by myself to fo see my son and his family. I had not been on a plane for 29years. This hypnosis worked wonderfully. I was fearful before listening to this but, after I was super excited to get on the plane and was even relaxed by the hum of the plane. I have already recommended this to the rest of my family.     I have severe panic and anxiety disorder. Been on Paxil since 2000. I also have severe motion sickness. I have not been on an airplane since 2019. Hoping this helps since I want to go with spouse to HI in a few weeks.
    I have severe anticipatory anxiety/panic.
    Being closed in a vessel in the air for 6 hours right now seems unlikely

      Same here....the big trick I learned is to keep looking around at all the relaxed passengers. Watch the flight crew and their boring routine. And focus on WHERE YOU'RE GOING! Hopefully it's somewhere you're looking forward to being.

    I am unable to stay up till the end. Always fall asleep mid way. Will it still help?

      yes that is the point! - to program your subconscious while you sleep. If you are fully awake listening, it would be your ~conscious mind hearing and understanding the message, but the intention is to get deeper into the ~subconscious mind to reprogram beliefs.
