After suffering from hyper vigilance I can now not only fall asleep but also go back to sleep almost easily because of the hypnosis he has taught us to expect that takes us past defenses very quickly. During the hurricanes here recently I actually didn’t need him for anything except induction

I have been on the top deck of a double Dekker bus in England at that exact spot at the front where the windows are basically panoramic and it does not feel anything like flying.
