So you're totally helping me. I'm thinking about LGI as an option because research shows they have on site financing etc with no money down and paid closing costs. But when something seems too good to be true, then hmm it normally is without a catch. I saw your video yesterday that mentioned LGI. So I can't wait to see your open honest feedback for me. You seem genuine and that's why I subscribed to your channel!!! I wish you lived in Raleigh. 😂

Which is better HOA or VA? We can comfortably afford 1,500 a month and we live in the Charlotte metro area.
I am sure you mean FHA or VA (HOA means homeowners association). It really depends on you. If you are a Veteran, first thank you for your service, I would suggest using the VA loan since it is 100% financing. If you are not a Veteran then the FHA loan would be a good option. Currently rates are well below 4% and you only have to bring 3.5% as down payment. I cannot afford what I want here. I live in Mooresville and it’s soooooo expensive compared to what I can afford.
Just say you can't afford it right now because if you really want it you can get it speak it into existence. Have you tried looking into mobile homes or tiny homes they have beautiful trailers and they're not expensive at all
Can you talk about neighboring cities since there's a bit of a competition with affordable homes in Charlotte? We are trying to relocate from California to Charlotte or a neighboring city.
