I had a very similar issue where the load wouldn’t close. It took them 13 days to close mine out and it did not impact my grade either. Still 100 percent. They also paid without having to submit a dispute. I surmise that the trip completion cases are not done by AI and actually require human review and as a result, a longer processing timeframe and perhaps a more reasonable/ appropriate resolution.
Makes me feel grateful mine only took seven days. I swear they are the only place I’ve ever done business with that punishes people for their mistakes on a regular basis. I fully understand when I hear people say they are throwing in the towel with them. I’m just waiting for the day where the good no longer outweighs the bad. 👊🏻🍻
New design you need to open case and hit transit completion and attach all screen shot s they will review and take care of it 24 hrs just happened to me
Send your Congressman a letter telling them to investigate this third party app. They have no right to do any of the things they have been getting away with. They need to hold a congressional hearing and bring all this out to get enough evidence on record for a class action lawsuit.
If it’s an Amazon created problem (like what happened to me in this video), you can request trip support and they should be able to clear it from your work queue in in the app even though it will stay “in-transit” on the web for up to a week, however you can book additional work. If it is a carrier created problem (I.E. you booked a load that is scheduled to take two days but you want to fill in that gap with more work) you can’t.
Another Good One…… Hopefully you are doing Well and You are getting ready for the Holidays !!!!!
Happy Thanksgiving 🦃

Is this different than the “dispute trip completion status”? If it is, I’m gonna have to learn more about because I’m not aware of it.

I suppose that is an option for someone who wants it. Personally for me, the good outweighs the bad.
The Roll Tide family are robbing you blind 😵💫😵💫... Buying all this memorabilia with empty results 😂😂👊👊
Nick Saban’s first year at Alabama was 7-6, I’m good with where things are at. Definitely a hope for the best, plan for the worst type of guy.
👊🏻🍻
@STATTrucking I'm trolling the fuck outta you
Are you able to unaasign yourself from the In Transit to book another load?
