I am so sorry for your loss. I am so amazed at the strength in your faith you have to continue to serve God. 1 Corinthians 10:13 Paul says God "will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear.”
In Romans 8:18 Paul says, “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is going to be revealed to us.”
So exactly what you said. The suffering will be temporary & comparing to the glory that's going to be revealed to us.
