is the sl40+ the same cause i want a mic more on the deep end but clear and I dont know what mic to get I wanna spend less then 100$ I currently use ffine k688
k688's great. I'm pretty sure the sl40+ is a re-release with a little bit of offset on the frequency, you need to have both to check which profile sounds better for you. SL40 is cheaper in my country though compared to the sl40+
I have both Sl and the X, the difference is the X is XLR only where the SL is both XLR and USB. On the XLR for both, they sound the same. Only in USB mode is the ever so slight difference where it is a little boosted on the mid range area. All in all excellent mics under $70 bucks.
In terms of pure quality it would be the PD400x, that’s a high end dynamic mic that is comparable to the quality of other known brands like the Rode PodMic. However there is also a big price gap between. So your choice! :)
Hi! original from manufacture mic name is ZTT20, FDUCE SL40 are reselers with branding. But i think we have a problem with new ZTT20, FDUCE micrahones becouse they are very quiet! i watched all videos from youtube the raw sound comming from this mic is very loud! At first i was using usb cable and i was thinking whis is a problem. and i bought a sound card. Stil volume comming from this mic is low. On one of your videos I saw you were using sl40x which doesn’t have the usbc connector. Do you have the sl40 (og) which has the usbc connector? If yes have you tried that one?

At my streams im using xlr cable and sound card ssl+ .sound cards gain set 10/9, windows set to max 100.and i have to use software to gain boost 8db+ to sound good.This is not good.i watched youtube videos some people are quiet with this mic, some is very loud. it is very strange same mic but pics voice differently.i have to speake super close to 🎤 and if i put little bit fat away from my lips the sound is extremely quiet. 2 of my friend have the same mic, for me and my friend the mic is very quiet.and for my friend its very loud. And he can speak with more distance
Honestly for the price it is comparable But having a flat frequency response is more universal that’s why podmic is better (esp with clarity) But no one’s gonna notice that if you’re just live streaming/ making yt contents. Haha!
