Red alfa romeo quadrifoglio here. Thanks for filming. Those are some great shots of me ❤.. as for all the banned for drifting comments, the track was like 3c and wet. It was like driving on ice for me. The marshals did not tell me anyrhing. It was the last day and everyone was having a great time... it was my first time in the wet and i was shocked at how slick the track was. Maybe the race the day before laying down rubber is the cause.
Thanks for all the content! I always wondered how the Ring deals with Drifters...is it simply frowned upon but nothing happens or is it sanctioned in any way by the marshals, etc.?
Usually first a warning then banned for the day if it happens again. However, especially during wet conditions it is hard not to go sideways in a rwd car so they are more lenient.
and by far because its a german plate where you cant do much with your plate. Normally its belgium plates because they can do whatever they want with it.
I mean drifting is not allowed and when you are a marshall and you see a car like 0:54 will do a TF lap do you really think he will drive slow or fast like most of the others or will he drift every corner because everyone can see by just looking at his car built that he has a driftcar?

What is it with BMW Tosser’s? It’s a race track! NOT a drift track! Yes drifting is impressive but a faster lap time is the goal at this circuit
That's a lot of mx5 😂

my thoughts exactly, like how was that allowed? Hope the driver got in trouble.
@@vickslab4608 They two cars are obviously friends. How safe it is, is questionable of course.

I am wondering the same. Some really are doing it on the entire track lol

I thought people got banned from the track if they purposely drifted on the track?
