Nice.work, I kind of want to dip my 58 and 59 sprites in por15, terrified of rust. Once completed, maybe spray "fluid film" on the underside and in the open spaces between panels? I live in a high rust environment, the roads could have salt on them from October to April.

Still working through your MG vids.In the last vid you didn,t want to drill right through the boot floor, you could blunt the outer tip of your bit to act as a depth brake ,just a thought.
    cheers mate

I was looking up POR 15 and it said it takes 6 hours to dry. In a time lapse video, you can't see how long you wait between steps Do you also use it to prep metal for filler?
    Great to see you back.

I use it prior to priming the surfaces, you can just see in one timelapse they change colour - I neglected to mention that bit. Drying time depends on conditions, but its not quick thats for sure!

I was surprised by the amount of violence you had to employ to get the boot floor free. From the pictures, it looked putrescent enough that a good, swift, kick would turn it into a shower of flakes.
