My brother is the spitting image of my father. I mean most sons bare at least some resemblance to their dad but he looks like a direct clone. It's creepy looking at their childhood photos side by side. They look like twins. Funny enough tho, I look almost identical to my great grandma right down to her grey eyes and birthmark below the eye. Genetics are crazy.

My oldest and youngest sisters at the age of around 11 each were not quite twin, but uncanny from family photos. They are only half siblings. My dad's side of the family has a family book it goes back about 4 or 500 years. And one of our Scottish ancestors look so familiar to my dad it wasn't even funny we kept making fun of my dad about it because according to the book he would have been about 250 years old by the time we looked at the book but I know for a fact it wasn't him because right now he's 6 ft under but it's pretty cool to be able to work at that book and look at my whole history of my dad's side of the family and this book is better than that stupid Gino thing that I keep seeing online or on TV 23andMe or something. It was weird we've had calls from different DNA groups to get a hold of my book of our family it stays in the family and gets passed around each portion of the generations so every generation gets it for a few years to look through then they have to pass it on to the next group so they can learn about our past too the book is huge it's old it stinks like an old book and the pages are so brittle that the original book is kept in a climate controlled safe we send out the copies to everyone else that way they can read and have their own copy

It's the first time I've seen this channel and I have to say I was intrigued but what I was trying to imagine myself as that kid seeing that in the book about his mom and then reading all that and hit and it was actually his life.
I tried to picture myself reading that about my mom and the horror that went to my head, I know people say that some of these things do happen in people's lives and stuff but this is bizarre creepy out of this world and wherever the story first originated and started this tale. I have to give prompts to that person. WOW!
Spooky but I love spooky and horror things like this so I was really loved it , even though I loved it I can't imagine being in that that boy's shoes I wouldn't want that for nobody knew no no no no no no..lol
Good job putting this story out there and sharing it with us Lighthouse ! I am now a subscriber and a true fan. Now since this is my first video from this channel can't wait to get into the other ones.

This is really good. I like the juxtaposition of a loving mother and a ravenous monster. The story also does a good job of portraying the idea of a harpy to its natural conclusion - it is trying to spread its bloodline, not all that different from any other animal. So, I can't help but think of this as a sort of comforting horror; sure, your family are all inhuman creatures with the power to affect the minds of others, but is that so bad? Great story that really makes you think about the implications!

At the beginning of the story the author said that they were so poor that they would sometimes burn candles instead of using electricity and then later on they say that their mother hadn't used a candle since they were born.

Awesome story. Although a small detail I found "off" was that this 300 year old book was written in a very... modern style.

TH-cam pays by likes and comments and subscribers….Please start adding a audio track at the beginning and end of each post reminding viewers to like, comment and subscribe. You deserve it for all your hard work. I enjoy these immensely and play them all day while I work on my paintings along with other channels. Unless I am reminded I don’t do it and as an Artist I feel bad afterwards for not supporting other creatives. 👌🏻❤️

He's very talented bringing these stories to life. The way he narrates is amazing and convincing that you'd believe these stories are true events lol.

I Subscribed right away. & When I know I like enough to subscribe I "Like" every video (even if I don't). Also they get money from us watching adds. Since my phone is over there & I'm over here the adds run because they'd be done before I'd get to "skip". I'd rather not hear "like & subscribe" on every video. (just me?)
      I just share with like-minded people I know. 🌹💕
