    របៀបធ្វើនំចាខ្វៃ - Chinese Long Donuts
    គ្រឿផ្សុំមានដូចជា
    ម៉្សៅមី [ 310g ]
    ស្កសរ ១ ស្លាបព្រាបាយ [ 15g ]
    អំបិល ១ កាហ្វេស្លាបព្រា. [ 2g]
    ម៉្សៅដុតនំ (baking powder ) ស្លាបព្រាបាយ [ 18g ]
    Baking soda ចុងកាហ្វេស្លាបព្រា
    បើយើងដាក់ baking soda ច្រើនពេក វា នឹងមានក្កិនច្អេស ដូច្នេះ បងប្អូនដាក់បន្តិចបានហើយ វានឹងជួយ អោយនំចាខ្វៃរីកល្អ ប៉ុន្តែមិនដាក់ក៏បានដែល
    លាយចូគ្នា អោយសព្វល្អសិន មុននឹងដាក់ទឹកចូល
    ទឹកធម្មតា 1 ពែងបារាំង និង ១ ស្លាបព្រាបាយ ឫ [ 255ML ]
    ខ្លាញ់ ១ ស្លាបព្រាបាយ [ 15ml ]
    ដាក់ខ្លាញ់ចូលក្រោយគេ
    The ingredients and recipe
    -2 cups all purpose flour. [ 310g ]
    -1 tbsp sugar [ 15g ]
    -1 tsp salt [ 5g ]
    -1 tbsp baking powder. [ 18g ]
    -1/4 tsp baking soda [ 1g ]
    Mix the above dry ingredients first, us the and mixer to mix it well.
    After you can add the wet ingredients
    -1 cup and 1 tbsp water [255ML]
    -1 tbsp cooking oil (LAST). [ 15ML ]
    Add the oil last before bagging
    You will also need 2 sizes of sticks
    -One size is the size of the chi-kabob sticks
    -Other size is the chopstick size
    -water to dip the kabob stick
    -some lose all purpose flour
    -and some cooking oil to fry the Chinese long donuts.

      I got it from Costco a while back but I’m sure you can find them something like that from Walmart as well or superstore. Hope you can find it. 😊

      Hi, yes you have to let it rest overnight first before frying them. once the dough is shaped and paired, you can fry them right away. Please let me know how it tuned out for you. It is for sure a very tricky donuts to make. Please follow all the steps so you can get the best result.

      I usually leave in the refrigerator overnight but if you don’t want to leave it in the refrigerator, you can cover it and leave outside for at least 2hours.
      It combine better in its own when left in the refrigerator overnight. Please let me know how it turn out for you. Have fun! 💕

    Can someone explain to me what to do next after she adds in 1 Tbsp. oil into dough and kneading. Do I have to put in bag and refrigerate it? I can’t understand her nor does it have English subtitles.

And to answer your question, after you put in the oil and finished kneading, you can bag and seal the bag and leave in refrigerator for 24hours.
