Can you list your paper and brushes? I am particularly curious about the brush. What brand of paper? Thanks. Never mind I see you already answered in another comment. Thanks
When you are placing your blues around the white paper and warm rose combination, what are you looking for? Are looking to make the rose the middle of the cloud. What is the specific reason you are putting the blue where you are? Is this a question that can be answered even? Thank you! Every artist says to paint around your clouds. I understand negative painting but not in respect to colors already on the paper that are part of the clouds/sky.
My biggest mistake with skies in watercolor is that I am afraid to put a good amount of blue so the white clouds shine and I understood that after definitely not from the first try
Thanks Matthew, another really inspiring tutorial.

Thank you, Matthew, for all your concise, helpful instructions! Can you tell me what green you were adding to the blue sky color?
