I love how well you show the process and even suggest on how long we can freeze these cubes. Amazing way of showing the cut out vegetables - everything looks so organized and as you were cooking - it looked amazing. thanks for sharing. Loved it.
It was good Jennel that you explained about the amount of salt. I should start making homemade bouillon cubes cause we use a lot of these to season our viands. Storing for a month in the fridge or a year in the freezer is not bad at all.
About how many grams of water would one cube season for instant boullion? Easy method I will try. Have you done the same for vegetable or mushroom cubes? Chicken, fish or other meats? I imagine the same process would be used? Thank-you for your straightforward sharing and time!
Hello. Usually I would use 1 cube in seasoning half a liter of water for my risotto. Here’s my vegetable version of this. th-cam.com/video/p7OaBRTcGFk/w-d-xo.html
Hello, Kitty! I used veal here but you can use any kind or type of beef of your choice. Yes, you can do this in a slow cooker. I actually did it too several times already, it lessens the time of cooking.
It’s up to you, as I’ve mentioned in the video, each cube contains only 5 grams of salt. So you may cut it into half or use more than one, depending on the dish you’re cooking.
Thank you very much for this recipe. Look is so delicious. I appreciate your cleanliness. I am from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰🇱🇰🇱🇰🇱🇰 you have beutiful nails. I love it❤❤
