This is the plain I hear almost every day but never see it . I take it’s a training aircraft from Valley ?

It is yes, 2 seater training plane for the raf, before they move up to jets

I've seen it over lake vyrnwy a few times. Just after that two f??s came over us and did a sharp loop as we were rowing the the lake. Absolutely amazing site, sound and maneuver

280 to 300 knots cruise isn't slow
