Big fan of this video format. Side I usually listen to TH-cam videos while doing household chores, I can’t always look at what’s actually in the video. So I really appreciate you doing the work of naming the games as you put them in tiers, often more than once, rather than just showing them as you place them in each tier.
Fashion Dreamer is fun to play and I’ve put more hours into it than I expected, but it also has a lot of untapped potential. I hope they invest in improving it.
You are a literal gem! Your vibe is the best! Loved your channel from the get go! Keep being YOU and I’ll keep draining my bank account all your amazing recommendations lol
Haven't seen any reviews mention this - but Paleo Pines had some serious issues with crashing that got worse further into the game. I never unlocked the third area because my game was crashing all the time and it was super frustrating. Last I checked they hadn't updated the game any further but that was months ago. Just a warning for anyone considering it
Interestingly I have to say that Palia coming to the Switch is what has made it playable for me. I can't disagree with your assessment that it looks better on PC. I have definitely noticed the difference in graphics quality and when I play on Switch I sometimes think it looks almost too dark. And definitely there are frame drops. But the controls on PC give me such awful motion sickness. I got so excited when I first saw you talking about Palia (this is where I initially heard about it) and I immediately went to make an account, only to discover that the way I have to use my mouse to turn gave me such nausea I couldn't even play, as I was also unable to use a controller. I wasn't able to play at all. Since Palia has come to Switch I have now put over 100 hours into the game. I do hope that the graphics improve or controller support comes to the PC, but it's funny to me to hear such a different opinion of the Switch version of Palia because that's been a godsend to me. 😆 I always find it fascinating the way different people experience gaming!
I kinda love that Palia has a switch port because it means i can do fishing and gathering etc in bed or on the sofa instead of having to be at my pc so I guess thats bonus points for me. And it's free which gets extra points.
Most of my favs ended up in C tier LOL, but love that we all enjoy and look for different things from our cozy games Also helped me learn of a few gems I missed I need to check out!
C isn’t bad by any means I do want to stress that!! - I think it’s hard when comparing a £15 game to a £55 one ultimately. Which is also why I often do lists that break away from including AAA titles. Sandrock would have been A if I was doing pc review, minekos would have been higher on pc without the loading times!
@@Eeowna totally! Like I love mail time but I def understand it’s not easy to compare to a larger game- especially like u said as college students or people without much disposable income it’s nice to splurge on more expensive and filling games. I was very excited for fashion dreamer but haven’t gotten yet because of the reviews. I’m definitely someone that needs a story line of sorts. I love Love Nikki and play it all the time on my phone. Used to play cover fashion before too. Unfortunately, they are very cash grabby. There’s most definitely a market for those types of games! I used to play so many dress up games when I was younger and there’s just not anything like that for older girls or adult women. I’m 28 but I still love fashion/dress up games and I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one.
I love playing love Nikki for that reason too! Other games in the fashion or makeup section are mostly cash grads it was much more fun when I was younger I loved hunting down games in think genre I just wish that fashion dreamer had a story

I wanted to thank you for your beautiful channel, it has been my companion this year. You give so much great advice on which games to check out and you're also just engaging; your explanations are crisp and charismatic. Sometimes I'll pop one of your videos on just to enjoy the vibes. Thank you for turning me onto several great games and also general tips in regards to the Switch - I have chronic pain and using some of the quality of life improvements you talked about to make my Switch more ergonomic reduced my nerve pain. Roots of Pacha is definitely my favorite farm sim since Stardew Valley, it’s very unique and it has interesting dynamics that I haven’t seen in other farm sims, also the idea of it being in the Paleolithic tumes makes it so interesting, if anyone hasn’t tried it I truly recommend it.
For Christmas I bought myself a couple cozy games, one of them being Dave the Diver which I think I already put 35 hours into- I loved it, thank you so much for bringing it to my attention a while back and again in this video. It is such a charming game and I am actually sad I am almost done with it! Next I will be on to Octopath Traveler 2!!
Half of these games, I bought them thanks to your recommendations ❤ cant wait for this year's picks! I'm going to get star ocean and Dave the diver asap!!
Honestly minekos night market was such a let down to me. Marketed as this cute little game where you save cats to this basically empty world with bugs everywhere and a broken system. I stayed up until midnight to buy and download it upon release and even now I can’t fully complete it because the game is bugged and won’t let me do 1 simple thing.
Omg your the only person who I seen so far talk about coffee I freaking love it everyone says it’s to much dialogue but I’m going to be back in college soon so reading will be required I freaking love it I love fae farm I’m obsessed with it there’s so much to do i think the DLC is worth every penny
I am so glad that Star Ocean grabbed you. I played the original games way back in the day cuz I'm old and to this day it's still at the top of my list.
I do agree about story of seasons, I do have the nostalgia, so I would love it. I do think so many farming sims have come out due to this(imo), and the fact that this was the baseline, the other games improved upon this theme over the years.
I am playing Palia on the switch. I am liking it so far. But, the lag and the frame drop(in the town especially) and the bugs & issues do annoy me and is restricting me into buying any of the outfits as well and 'investing' into it. They are not really giving much incentives for switch users to buy the outfits as it doesn't really good look on the switch so you can't really show off your outfits. Lets see, how they will do after some patches. Then, maybe I will invest money on it.
I tried to start playing it yesterday and every version of my name I tried (which is literally just Amanda Leigh) it told me it was profanity 😐 I just stopped trying because I couldn’t think of another name. For some reason that really turns me off which is a shame because I was excited to play!
I know this is a video that’s a couple of weeks old but given the games you really like, I have to recommend « I was a teenage exocolonist » a beautiful narrative game that has so many endings and your decisions impact everything. You kind of have to play the game more than once. I don’t see it talked about a lot on cozy gamers’ youtube channels but it is so so good.
@@Eeowna fair, me too xD also on the switch if you leave the game open but the switch on standby it still counts the hours in-game so that makes it harder to actually know how long it took
I love your personality. 💜You have such good, affable vibes🤗. I play mainly on the PS5 but i love your videos. I absolutely loved Octopath Traveler 2🖤. It certainly doesn't get the love it deserves. So underrated. I'm not into fishing games but I'll give Dredge a try. 😊 Ditto for Star Ocean and Cosmic Wheel Sistehood. I love the art style for Blanc. While I don't have anyone to play it with, I'll definitely play this one. It looks too good to pass up. Thank you for the recommendations. God bless you. Hope you have a beautiful 2024 in all areas of your life. 💙.
I discovered new interesting games thanks to your channel. I'm currently playing ooblets. I finished the cosmic wheel sisterhood yesterday and although I didn't enjoy the second half, it was an interesting experience overall.
I was so disappointed by Fae Farm. It had a lot of potential but all the NPCs have the personnality of a dry toast. Especially at that price point for the switch, I feel like it was lacking.
I’m with you on the comment of Fae Farm. I love the game and spend too much time on it. The graphic is amazing, the flower breeding is interesting. I just find it lacking a substantial plot to rank it to the top of the list. The frog DLC doesn’t appeal too much to me, let’s see how the second DLC goes about the sky island. Btw I play it on PC so the graphic and music are impeccable.
Yessss Dordogne!! We just wrapped this up! Such a beautiful game! I'm pretty sure I only found this game because you'd recommended it in an earlier video o.o
Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood surprised me but in a very good way! The story got me at times, but I smiled and laughed a lot! Making cards is also fun! I feel like I got the hang of it around the fifth card called Coyote's Vengeance. I also love that really, no card is truly all good or all bad, which to me is similar to actual tarot, as the meanings change whether the card is upright or reversed. My only complaint is that I find the text a bit small on my Switch Lite. I increased it as high as I can, but it's still difficult for me. That said, I work around that by using my reader glasses. So really, it's not that bad if I can work around it! Edit: Finished my first run finally and... I don't know how I did it, but I got the best ending on my first try! Like how?! 🙀 I'm surprised honestly! But as crazy as the ending was, I love it honestly! This game was such a wild ride! Thank you again for the recommendation!
Can you put the games on a background next time? I usually like to screenshot your tier lists, but I can't see some of the titles. Thanks for this list!
Honestly I felt like Paleo Pines was like the Monster Hunter Stories saga, with unnecessary farming added in. Not something that really called out to me. I'd put it in an even lower tier, but that's my personal preference. But overall, I agree with all the other rankings. I actually feel interested in many games I've seen you play that I didn't give a chance before. Thank you for this first 2024 video, and happy New Year!
Happy new year, I know I'm late but what I wish for are more physical copies to be released because if the eshop server goes down at least u have the physical,I have two gaming systems 3ds xl and switch when my consoles gets out dated I'm passing it on to my children. My hands have been busy with a toddler and a newborn which leaves me limited time to play, my backlog is huge. But I like collecting games based on ur videos, one day I hope I could complete it by sitting down and playing with my girls when they are older.
This was so helpful! You and I enjoy similar types of gameplay and always appreciate having your honest reviews ☺️ Happy New Year and cheers to all the new games coming in 2024! 🎉
16:35 I am here because I had to stop playing Animal Crossing on the Switch due to headache and motion sickness. So now worried about this one too. Bummer. I bought motion sick glasses so I hope those help.
thanks so much for the heads up that Storyteller was free through netflix. i’d put off buying it but really wanted to play it and now i am! such a cute little puzzle game
I really appreciate these lists, I get so many good recommendations. And I love that you factor in the cost v playtime because I am cheap and I need that! haha
Fae Farm hurts me so bad because the DLC is just like, a critter following you, which I love but any buffs you get from trinkets are kinda useless for anyone who played the game before the DLC came out. And the game is still so buggy, I just got black screen with subtitles for the 4th elemental (no spoilers) quest end AND for the final main story ending cutscene. I haven't romanced anyone (but the game says flirting) but so many players have ended up married randomly or married to multiple characters. It's a shame because the graphics and mechanics and whole vibe are so so good. Luckily I got my physical switch copy on sale on amazon and also used refund credit on my account from something else so I got it for less that half price.
Hi Eeowna! Thanks for always posting great videos 😊 love your thorough reviews and your beautiful makeup 😮 You have mentioned that you love restaurant games and also games with a good narrative. If you are open to playing a game that is a few years old, I highly recommend Little Dragons Cafe. It's one of my all-time favorites! The story is great, and it is cozy, cute, and beautiful 🥰
You think YOU suck at platformers? You should see me play Mario Wonder with Yoshi. 😱 Besides one being free and one being paid, the main difference between Palia and DDV for me is player support. I encountered errors in both games that kept me from progressing. DDV simply told me it would take an update to fix it. After two updates with no fix and no news, I uninstalled it. Palia, on the other hand, was awesome. The first person I talked to said it was a known issue, but they didn't know when it would be fixed. The next person helped me basically start over. Each subsequent person I talked to was super helpful in retrieving my items that didn't transfer correctly or politely walked me through the thing I was doing wrong. I'm still playing Palia with a better player name and have progressed significantly farther than I did before.
Heyyy i love all of your videos! 🎉 I am planning to get a nitendo switch but i dont where to start .. 😢 what kind of memory card and which nitendo switch do u recommend im not a gamer i just want some cozy and cute games to play on my free time! Thankyou! 🤗
Crazy part about Wonder, I loved it but was so hard in some parts. Thought of replaying it makes me feel exhausted lol the visuals and creativity was great but i would get sooo frustrated. My husband beat it and I played with him but I still haven’t been able to get through some of the bonus levels.
If the controls of potion craft on the Switch are like the controls on the steamdeck I think they are pretty well made. I played the Game for over 30 hours on the steamdeck and had a lot of fun. I Never Play on PC, but always on steamdeck or Switch, so I only know the controller experience and after 20 minutes or so I got pretty used to the controls in potion craft and had no Problem with it :) so I dont think the game should be downgraded for this. Thanks for the great video 🤗 I love your content and Watch every new video 🥰
Hiiii Eewona!!!! Enjoying the video thanks for giving me more games to buy and check out I was very sad to see detective pikachu wasn't made for adult's i am still thinking about buying it I love your ranking videos keep up the good work❤
I wanted to like Blanc, preordered it and everything but I found out within a minute of trying to play it that I could not play it due to the black and white aesthetic. I ended up getting dizzy and couldn’t continue playing it.
Although I liked Winds Of Anthos, it was also irritating not being able to jump off of ledges or just fall/slide down cause its really annoying having to go all the way around, hahaha.
I didn’t realise the Crotokia or whatever it’s called was DLC, I brought a physical copy of the game in week one and got that included and it was already on sale. I can see why people are annoyed about the DLC it doesn’t seem like a lot but included in the game it’s fine
I’ve been playing Palia on my switch and really wish it ran better, otherwise I enjoy it. Plus it’s free! How does Fae Farm stack up to Palia? I really just want a cozy game that I can invest in that doesn’t look all 8 bit like stardew valley
I understand the appeal of fae farm, but I can't play it due to how short the days are in the game. That mechanic made it stressful and I felt like I always had to rush through the tasks and I could never get everything done that I wanted to.
@@Eeowna If you play it I hope you enjoy it! It's a similar vibe/gaming premise but you're a bartender I believe in a cyberpunk like world? I need to replay it again soon but I really loved it!
This may be a little random but what cozy game would you like to play/be made? I’m looking for a simple game idea to make and I would love suggestions so I know I will make a game that people actually want to play, thanks ❤
I’m a tad confused. Isn’t it the DLC for faefarm is already included on switch? I got mine on switch and I don’t have to pay for any DLC or whatsoever. I think you’re pertaining to STEAM
Yes I ranked it lower as you have to buy the dlc on the switch, but said it would be higher if that wasn’t the case like on steam :) Just sucks we don’t have the option to decide if the dlc is worth it
I can’t play Palia as it gives me a headache (I don’t have a PC). So as a result I only got 2 hours in. I hope it gets fixed :( I played the original OxenFree at our cabin this summer, mostly in the dark. Do not recommend. I rage quit Everdream valley. I had this irrigation bug that was just annoying AF and so I just archived the game :/ My top S game this year was bayonetta origins. I adored Cheshire and the art was beautiful. I loved the puzzle and the twist ending was great.
Happy New Year everyone!! Here's to manifesting the Switch 2 in 2024!!

But I like collecting games based on ur videos, one day I hope I could complete it by sitting down and playing with my girls when they are older.
I love your silver streak! So excited to find your channel and this whole community! Happy new year!
Luckily I got my physical switch copy on sale on amazon and also used refund credit on my account from something else so I got it for less that half price.
love the video and content :) have you played Spiritfarer and if so did you like it? Thought about picking it up
I notice your ear styling today and it's fantastic! As always, thanks for also saving me a few bucks on some of those d tiers!
I agreed with most of these! SOS was just so dull I didn’t understand the hype at all. Especially when compared to Olive Town. I loved that one!
I love Dredge. It will forever be one of my favourites! Been on my 10th playthrough and counting^^
Hi Eeowna! Thanks for always posting great videos 😊 love your thorough reviews and your beautiful makeup 😮
You have mentioned that you love restaurant games and also games with a good narrative. If you are open to playing a game that is a few years old, I highly recommend Little Dragons Cafe. It's one of my all-time favorites! The story is great, and it is cozy, cute, and beautiful 🥰
For Dave the Diver- does it play well on switch lite, or are the menus too small? Thanks😊
I used to love star ocean games, so I’m glad to hear they’re still good!
You think YOU suck at platformers? You should see me play Mario Wonder with Yoshi. 😱
Besides one being free and one being paid, the main difference between Palia and DDV for me is player support.
I’m playing octo now, and I love it! I can’t wait to play octo2! Thanks
Heyyy i love all of your videos! 🎉
I am planning to get a nitendo switch but i dont where to start .. 😢 what kind of memory card and which nitendo switch do u recommend im not a gamer i just want some cozy and cute games to play on my free time! Thankyou! 🤗
I could watch you make tier lists all year long! Got my tea ready and about to devour the next 44mins 🫶
I was so worried I made it too long hahaha But I ran out of stuff I could cut
@@Eeowna we love all of your commentary so keep the videos long! lol
Same here loving the longer rank videos😊 and looking forward to them. Especially with her calming voice and accent ❤
Oxenfree is one of my favorite game and it’s crazy to think I got it for only 0,99 on the eshop !
I loved coffee talk 1 but making my way through valle halla atm and it’s SO goooooood
Wait, you didn’t review Wylde Flowers? I was waiting to see what you had to say about it!
I covered it before which is why I cut it! I have an entire vid on it and have I in my farming sims ranking 😊
Hiiii Eewona!!!! Enjoying the video thanks for giving me more games to buy and check out
I was very sad to see detective pikachu wasn't made for adult's i am still thinking about buying it
I love your ranking videos keep up the good work❤
Interesting. You just changed the order in which I want several games that are on sale. So thank you! ❤️
Where would you rank the suika game?
I KNEW I FORGOT ONE! A tier for SURE. Just the best fun, such a good price, LOVE IT
I wanted to like Blanc, preordered it and everything but I found out within a minute of trying to play it that I could not play it due to the black and white aesthetic. I ended up getting dizzy and couldn’t continue playing it.
I LOVE ALL OF YOUR VIDS I find them so soothing ❤
I thought I was the only one that gets these headaches when I’m playing pallia on the switch 😮
I love your longer content videos!! I really do!!
Although I liked Winds Of Anthos, it was also irritating not being able to jump off of ledges or just fall/slide down cause its really annoying having to go all the way around, hahaha.
1:18 I played it loved the story of it once you pass the game focus on the story it’s very good
I adore Potion Craft, but I played it on PC.
I didn’t realise the Crotokia or whatever it’s called was DLC, I brought a physical copy of the game in week one and got that included and it was already on sale. I can see why people are annoyed about the DLC it doesn’t seem like a lot but included in the game it’s fine
So the issue is switch players had to buy it whilst the game by itself is cheaper on steam :) so on the switch we can’t chose if we want the dlc
Happy New Year! 🎉❤
Happy New Year to you too!!
That mechanic made it stressful and I felt like I always had to rush through the tasks and I could never get everything done that I wanted to.
yeah that's one of the most asked for QoL updates people have been wanting so hopefully they listen
I find potion craft much more fun to play if you use a stylus instead of the switch mechanics😁
i love your vibe. also I love the games you love
I think Coffee Talk is so much fun! If you like that style game you need to play Va-11hall-a if you haven't! I love that game so much haha.
OOOOOOOOOO I haven't heard of that TY!
@@Eeowna If you play it I hope you enjoy it! It's a similar vibe/gaming premise but you're a bartender I believe in a cyberpunk like world? I need to replay it again soon but I really loved it!
Love your long content- What did you think of Eastward?
LOVE IT!! I just wish it had an easy mode as everyone should be able to access the story imo, and some of the bosses are TOUGH
Yes I ranked it lower as you have to buy the dlc on the switch, but said it would be higher if that wasn’t the case like on steam :)
Just sucks we don’t have the option to decide if the dlc is worth it
SpiritTea placement by chance?
I’ve been waiting for this x
is the Octopath Traveller 2 game able to be followed without having to play the first game? ive never heard about either of them but i want to try it!
New characters entirely so no need to play 1
Ahhh you need that nostalgia for AWL but yeah it’s not my favourite SOS game, the villagers are bonkers 😂
I’m having so much fun with hogwarts legacy! Also just got Mario wonder and pikmin 4 for christmas can’t wait to play!! 🎉
I can’t play Palia as it gives me a headache (I don’t have a PC). So as a result I only got 2 hours in. I hope it gets fixed :(
I played the original OxenFree at our cabin this summer, mostly in the dark. Do not recommend.
I rage quit Everdream valley. I had this irrigation bug that was just annoying AF and so I just archived the game :/
My top S game this year was bayonetta origins. I adored Cheshire and the art was beautiful. I loved the puzzle and the twist ending was great.
Love your videos
Did I miss the ranking for wylde flowers lol. What was the score? XD
so helpful!
Happy new year c:
Happy new year!
Happy new year
What happened to Wyldeflower @Eeowna - I can't see where you put it?
I cut that part out as it got too long but A tier
Wow I didnt know Storyteller was on Netflix!!!
