I mean in the united states its not illegal to own or make brass knuckles to my knowledge, I've done a few cosplays that involve them in front of cops. I think it becomes illegal once you use them like, your landing hard jail time.

Holding it like that and using it would break your hand haha. Awesome job though i made dusters in similar way using stainless steel nuts and a bolt as a back rest, no spikes also
