    Jazakallahu khair akhi, I've been fixated on Sharjah for a while. I've been making dua for some time and I feel Allah swt is slowly opening doors for. Inshaa'Allah I may need your services one day, namely obtaining a golden visa through investment (purchasing a property) and I'd need your help to guide me through a few things by the tawfeeq of Allah. Initially there were kuffar and their private organisations who I would've needed to reach out to but Subhanallah if you could do that for me offer that service then Allahu Akbar

      Me too..I currently reside in the U.S and have been exploring Malaysia, Oman, ans now Sharjah but i have quite a large family (my parents live with me). Malaysia is high on the list primarily due to low cost of living but a friend of mine who lives in Riad suggested Sharjah. Can you make a video on cost of living for families (rental vs owning) including school tuitions (for those who plan to move with kids) etc in a separate video?
      JazakAllah khair, and may Allah give barrakah in your business. Ameen! BTW, I am also a car guy and currently have the 2023 Rannge Rover (fullsize), 2019 Lexus LC500 and recently purchased a 1998 Toyota Soarer with the legendary 1JZ GTE.

    Nice area. What was surprising for me was the fact that prices in Al Zahia are more in line with some of the areas in Dubai. I thought Sharjah was always suppose to offer more value compared to Dubai and that was the whole point of moving to Sharjah. But I guess, that does not apply to new/freehold subdivisions.

    • @AbdallaAmeri
      @AbdallaAmeri 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Al zahia location is supposed to be premium. Most residents are from gulf countries and students from abroad. Sharjah is huge, rest of sharjah is relatively way cheaper.

    Honestly bro, i think UAE made a mistake copying the car centric American design of towns. Its very souless and bland. Just apartment buildings. Not much life. Each in their own apartment, nowhere to walk. Need a car to go everywhere. Vibrant walkable neighborhoods like that in Istanbul, or In Morocco towns like Chefchaouen or Tetouan, or like Amsterdam have a lovely soul to it. Everyone goes for a walk, theres actual places to visit by walking like bazaars and sizzling bbq places etc Not just concrete like here. You can get the same amazing Muslim vibes in Morocco and get it for 1/5 the price. Moroccan apartments will go for $450 a month. My wife is Moroccan. Im Bengali-American. The vibes here are kind of like in America. But in Morocco the energy is way different. More sense of community and more energy

    Nice and informative but the one thing the developments lacks is atmosphere. No parks for walks or somewhere the kids can plan and what worries me the most is all the apartments use gas for cooking… not good if your in a hot climate.. an induction cooker would have been a better choice. Anyway, will be watching more of your clips.

    I have been to Alazhia Jamia mosque and prayed alot of Jummas there. Aljada is also beside this community. So Y not to make a good video for that? I had been there working as a safety Advisor when major construction was going on. Most of the buildings are ready to be sold now but few buildings are still in the construction phase. Just give it a try. Especially Phase 1,2,3 and You will find it as good as Alzahia.if you want to visit there I would get you through that as well.

    question to abubabakar and rest of practicing muslims, why would u live in sharja or uae when madinah and makkah are next door to you? If you had the choice uae or saudi, why choose uae? just curious.

      That’s definitely the goal and if getting residency was as accessible there as it is in the UAE I would have gone there instead, however it isn’t. With that said though alhamdulillah it’s slowly opening up and soon is expected to be as easy as the UAE with the new reforms coming in

      Alhamdulillah every single penny of Dawah money was spent in the Dawah and we in fact ourselves funded the shortfall between the donations and the actual expenses
      Not to mention this is over 3 years later now
