Thanks Saad for covering this. Appreciate it. It feels expensive for a Sharjah location, when DMAC is offering violet townhouses for about 2 Mil!!! But, wondering if you had an opportunity to find out - what was the OP for this community? And, how much has it appreciated now? And. whats the projected final handover price?
The payment plan and community is what's special here. Also I found more value in the Villas, hence I'm pushing these options

Hi Saad, these villas have been out in the market for a long time now, it seems they are overpriced hence why they havent sold out as of yet.
I came 1 year ago and they were still units available and still are, also payment plan has been changed due to lack of sale i guess.
They were selling Sendian last year, then Saro 1 and now moved to Saro 2. Fact remains these are high quality homes in an A+ community and the payment plan makes it an amazing deal for anyone looking to live in Sharjah
What does „jcc“ mean when she is talking about the kind of customers they have?
She meant GCC, which is UAE, Saudi, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait

Sharjah real estate market is not one to invest in unless you're a business person there looking to live in Sharman for the very long term.
Beware of Dubai inflated price...Dubai is targeting Indians to buy their property at v high prices almost double the rate ...because locals in Dubai won't buy at that high price....so beware on ur purchase prices guys....the price u purchase you won't be able to sell at that price even after 4 years ... Most properties in Dubai highly inflated.
