Fun fact: it's both 'ringgit' and 'dollar'; Ringgit Brunei in Malay, Brunei dollar in English. Although you don't say "Malaysian dollar" nor "Ringgit Singapura", you can for Brunei money!

Mr. Myer: Your first video that I watched today’s this weekend after you arrives @ the airport in Brunei really inspired me so much in great joy❤❤❤I wish you safe journeys always in peace Southeast Asia 2023❤❤❤
Try going to the capital Bandar Seri Begawan on Sunday morning. There's always a huge gathering events what we Bruneians called "Bandarku Ceria".. have more shops/foodstalls to explore too. Many people there too, another things to go to for tourists 😄
Awww, Pasar! It brings back so many happy and hungry memories! 🤣 When I first arrived in Brunei, I weighed 90 lbs, and I left with an additional 40 lbs after seven years! 😂 I just love their food! I used to stop by Pasar Gadong on my way home from work to buy dinner, snacks, and sometimes even breakfast or lunch for the next day when I was too busy to cook. The old night market didn't look as beautiful back then, as it was just old tents in the carpark next to the wet market. I’d always buy my favorites: tongking, kebab daging, ikan lekor, satay, nasi or mee goreng cooked in the wok while you wait. For drinks, I loved iced jagung (corn)! You’re absolutely right! The people in Brunei are so nice and friendly to foreigners, and most of them are fluent in English. It’s such a travel-friendly country. It will always be special to me.🥰 I love your vlogs, especially the ones in Brunei. Keep them coming! And you're way too kind, Myer! 👏 Keep safe. 😊 Your new subscriber from the Philippines 🇵🇭

Mr. Myer:I wish you safe journeys & good luck to you always in peace from Brunei to releases more new videos in December of 2023❤❤❤I really LOVE your new remarkable video from Southeast Asia in 2023❤❤❤
Kway Teow refers to the type of noodle. And that noodle is usually the one which has the big, fat and flat features. It's a very popular dish in Brunei and in Southeast Asia in general. The more popular one ( or the original one rather), is the Chinese made version. It's really got a very distinct taste and it's quite flavorful too. But now, it seems that a lot of locals have been able to emulate or replicate that same taste after learning to properly cook and prepare the Kway Teow dish themselves. The dish was used to be dominated by the Chinese here in Brunei in terms of its taste, preparation and even presentation ( technically, still is). I can talk about this dish all day long but long story short, it's the best tasting meal and a very good weight gainer hahahaha! ( seriously, it is ). Hey, thanks for putting out the good words there about Brunei. Much obliged, brother
Malaysia vibes also exactly like this. Very prosperous ,peacefully and nature everywhere.u eht good food clean food and cities are less populated.climate throughout is mild mostly,
Hey brother. I support you from Bangladesh because you are a very kind person and I like you because you are bringing the Rohingya camp and their many problems to the world. I am a big fan of yours.
Salaam Br. Watching your shows from So. Calif and enjoying your travels. A slight correction. Sadaqa as you mentioned is “donation” whereas the real meaning is “charity given voluntarily in order to please God. It’s also described as a voluntary charitable act towards others, whether through generosity, love, compassion or faith”. The brother from Brunei who gave you the “sticky rice with prawns” was doing just that. Enjoy your trip and the good food wherever you go.
I realize that along the way you keep eating without drinking i'm afraid u will get choked. So far I enjoy watching your vlog in Brunei btw I'm from Brunei and thanks for the video that you have made so far for Brunei.
Just want to tell you that the flag in thumbnail is NOT Brunei flag thats the Royal Brunei Armed Force!!! This always happened to our flag even in sea games in the past but in the video everything is amazing!
Bro you can still workout while traveling, just get some resistance band, take them with you. You can literally workout in your hotel room. It only takes 15-30 minutes.
