While Kassir does love the contestants succeeding in real life, his character certainly doesn't. He'd say things like, "I'm not amused/impressed," or, in a way, "Will someone fire those contestants already??"
This show was awesome AND educational. I find it hilarious that Tales from the Crypt - despite being a gruesome horror anthology series - had enough mainstream appeal to spawn TWO children's shows.
WOO HOO! Another Episode Of Secrets Of The Cryptkeeper's Haunted House It's SNAKES VS SKUNKS! AWESOME! @Hosts At Home 1- Fireball Alley 2- Worminator 3- The Incredible Shrinking Room 4- Endless Hallway And The Final Game 5- Skullduggery Thanks For Uploading This Episode But I Didn't See Vampire's Lair At All! And This Time WE WAN'T MORE SECRETS OF THE CRYPTKEEPER'S HAUNTED HOUSE!
In my headcanon, whenever a contestant is vaporized, the magic of the Cryptkeeper's haunted house brings them back so the Cryptkeeper can have another shot at them.
Now that CGI technology is much better, this show should get the Legends of the Hidden Temple treatment and both have adult contestants and be as gory as it wants to be.
@@hostsathome7390 I’ve 2 hitting the market soon! 😉 And I’m going to dig up some more episodes to send you! Thanks again…it’s so cool that you’re bringing these back from the dead (pun intended) and giving them an after life (another pun intended) 🤣
Each week, 2 teams of 2 kids, with team names such as the Amoebas and the Newts, competed in 5 games or stunts set in a haunted house at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. Games included *”Fireball Alley,”* where 1 player standing on a suspended bridge tried to protect 6 *”headstones”* from being knocked down by *”fireballs”* tossed at them by the eyes of a floating head suspended in space; *”The Abyss,”* where 1 player read a series of 5 questions in 90 seconds while the other player climbed a series of rope ladders trying to find the correct answer mounted on a wall; and *”Skull Duggery,”* where 1 player from each team went through the house trying to find as many skulls as he or she could in the allotted time. Points were awarded for completing events in each game and the team with the most points at the end of the show received a computer, while the runner-up team took home an encyclopedia. The show’s theme music, composed by Danny Elfman, a former member of the pop group Oingo Boingo, was also used on the TV series *”Tales of the Crypt.”*

Now if only we can see an episode with the Vampire’s Lair.
But it’s no problem.
I had to look this up to make sure it wasn't a false childhood memory. The fire ball challenge was my favorite. Awesome!

So did I, brother. VAPORIZED!

Are there any more Secrets of the Cryptkeeper's Haunted House episodes?
Steve is a great host
Do you happen to have any more of these? Every couple months I check to see if there's an episode I haven't seen yet. 😅
I noticed that in "Fireball Alley" if all six headstones fell down, it also counts as an automatic loss.
Michael what’s up
@@arturomcneil5919 Good. By the way, I am from Chicago
@@michaelewing6522 Let’s go Bulls Cubs Bears and Blackhawks
Correct. If you are vaporized or if all headstones are down it’s a loss.
@@jonacme yeah if all headstones are knocked down that means no questions

But tape it at Universal City Studios, Hollywood, or at some disclosed castle in Bucharest Romania or Transylvania as they call it.
I think Secrets of the Cryptkeeper’s Haunted House is taped at Universal Studios Florida

@@jnadle1 I agree with you on that one
Would be cool, but sadly, it will never happen due to Tales from the Crypt being a legal mess at the moment.
