Never seen a Lincoln SA200 that sat for more than a year that didn't have stuck valves😎. For elect start on that 48....use 2 hot 12 volt batteries in series attached to welding lugs to spin it.
We have a lot of projects and they keep showing up. I see more coming in than getting fixed. LOL. Sometimes I think we are more junk collectors than mechanics.

I’d love to see how the armature and the coils look. The paper insulation that was used back then doesn’t really hold up very good.
