Honestly, I'd put Lucifer from SMT3 Nocture instead of Nyx Avatar, yes he might not have 14 phases but here's the catch: Lucifer is the last boss of SMT3 only available if you follow the true demon ending path, and you have to fight Kagutsuchi (the normal final boss, which has 2 phases) before fighting lucifer, so yeah, you have to pass through 2 different bosses without the chance of buying items or healing ur team. Talking about Lucifer he's the hardest boss of the game. -Has bottomless HP and MP points -Resist the 75% of all type of damage, making your party's damage output trash, even with buffs -Deals massive damage with high changes of critical, giving him the possibility to one shot you easily -Can remove your party's buffs and if you debuff him he can remove those debuffs too -Can heal his HP completely whenever he wants -Deals attacks that besides of doing massive damage can cause ailments to your party -Oh yeah, he has an attack called "Root of Evil" that works with probability, it has a high chance of halving your whole party's HP, a low chance of taking your party's HP by a 75%, and another low chance of taking your party's HP by a 90% I had one of the best parties for the endgame and even with that i had a bad time with this guy, so he's way more difficult than Nyx Avatar imo
I am impressed that Transformers: Devastation Megatron isn't on this list. the guy has every element of a difficult boss in his first phase in the final battle, tons of HP, attack that do alot of damage and can even tank hits from the strongest weapons in the game, just like Armstrong
The only one of these games I've ever played was Mike Tyson's Punch Out. I never beat Tyson as a kid, but went back and beat him as an adult hehe. Damn these new games look so intense.
You know, Tyson is kinda the odd one out of these bosses, sure he’s not no Greek god or demon, or a VERY CERTAIN ninja, he’s just a (somewhat) normal dude that you face in a boxing match, but god damn is he hard.
Nyx Avatar was a walk in the park for me. i mean once you unlock Monad Depths getting to level 99 takes 6 or so hours of playing, which is worth it if you dont want to go over 14 phases agan and again and since Nyx Avatar is level 78 just getting to level 90 is enough for an easy fight, that takes 2 hours or so in Monad.
20. He also has the nerve to ressurect himself to FULL HEALTH when his HP hits zero! 19. The worst attack is THAT DAMN WING AOE! It covers the entire screen and is practically a guaranteed INSTANT KILL, EVEN IF YOU BLOCK IT! 11. This is due to the fact that the camera is moving all over the place, making it even harder to see when it's time to hit the notes. That's like playing a song in Guitar Hero, but then the game decides to zoom the camera in so close that you can't see the fret board. And then the boss has the nerve to cheat by sending two more prompts after the screen fades to black. 8. That and Necron DOESN'T NEED TO BE HERE! He literally comes out of nowhere, has no impact or influence on the plot, is way over the top (even in the context of the game), and once it's over, no one ever mentions it again. "A Big Lipped Alligator Moment." The reason why this works better with Jubileus is that she was mentioned multiple times throughout the game, we knew of her presence. Whereas Necron doesn't show up until the end. Yeah, screw you, Necron. Go away and let Kuja be the final boss! 5. It turns out you CAN make the Wild Coil hit Wily when he's up high. You just have to hold Up on the controller before firing the weapon which the game NEVER TELLS YOU! And even when you do, it does SO LITTLE DAMAGE!
What about the final boss of Ninja Gaiden on NES? Not only are there 3 phases, but if you die, you have to go all the way back to the previous stage and do it again.
the only nes game i finish play till the end is little ninja brothers and the final boss really good and fun to fight, although maybe not the toughest among nes games.
Please bring back the MojoTravels channel. It's been almost 5 years since the sudden stop of the travel industry and things are pretty much back to normal. I know you gave it a try again about a year ago, but not for very long. Please bring the channel back. Thank you.
Every time i watch one of these, i wonder is this just one person's steam library? This is more of just a Fina Boss list of games we played and not even the hardest final bosses of video games. Including shafow of the colusses almost confirms it and a few others.
i think every boss has its different attack paterns , and it can be easy and hard based on your skill of remembering their's , eg : isshin , every phase has its own attack , and if you remember every one of them , you'll get it done smoothly
Fang from Sonic Superstars. I don't care if he isn't the final boss of the entire game, his still a pain in the ass to beat even more than the Death Egg Robot itself from Sonic 2.
No Pokemon final boss ever is hard, if you come slightly prepared and not just go there underleveled. Same for Final Fantasy, they're not meant to be extremely hard, that's why they have secret bosses.
OK, I wouldn’t go that far and I can’t even say he’s easier than king dice because king dice his boss fight only lasts for like a few seconds not counting the guys you fight before him in that little game you play but the devil is without a doubt, not the hardest boss in all of Cuphead, that honor in my opinion it’s a tie between grim matchstick and doctor calls robot
yeah, there was no individual part of the King Dice gauntlet that was particularly difficult if you got the hang of it, but you have to play nearly flawlessly against at least three mini-bosses AND get the dice rolls right, or else you won't have enough health at the end and will have to start all over. took forever to get good enough at the individual parts to be able to successfully put them all together
On Mike Tyson from Punch Out. In addition he can really take hits, hits himself like a fricking Freighttrain (at max you are a 2-hit) AND his pattern is random. Case and point that Punchout is doable blindfolded (watch GamesDoneQuick "Punch Out Blindfold") but Tyson is a cointoss if you get the right pattern on the acoustic cues. Also I don't regard Radabeast from Eldenring as that difficult. I thought the attacks were relatively projected and doable. The other Fromsoft bosses give me way more of a heebieyeebie. Especially as you can level yourself pretty good up, and some weapons/build give you really an edge (Rykards Swort or the Moonblade for example). Even moreso if you use a Spiritash.
I have a idea for a top 10 list. How about the top 10 most powerful secret bosses in video games. You can use Nintendo, Playstation, and Sega if u are allowed to.
You missed Ecco the Dolphin again. Not only is the final boss brutally difficult, but dying during the fight brings you back to the start of the previous level, which is a six minute long auto scrolling level where you can be crushed to death in an instant
Is Elden Ring the only game you have played since the 90s? Im probably exaggerating but it feels like it was 15 games from the 90s with a few current smashed in. Good games from 90-2010 didn't focus on making unbeatable bosses, they made you actually play the game. Shocker.
I consider myself a gamer. I have been collecting and mastering games since the 70s. I haven’t heard of more than half of these games. The video game genre has become ubiquitous. There are so many games now.
A few things. 1: If you wanna talk about Cynthia, her BDSP team is far more difficult. 2: From a friend who plays Undertale commonly I got to watch for myself just hoe how hard Sans in, so that one doesn't surprise me to be here. 3: Aside from those, I've never heard of/played any of the others.
Forget the Wild Coil that weapon is wimpy! Wily Capsule 7's true weakness is the Freeze Cracker that's how me and XxKykiske2007xX beat Wily Capsule 7 that boss made me throw my PS2 controller and nearly drop my Dualshock 4 controller. That boss is so annoying and it's a bane to many Let's Players.
He's not a Final Boss, but I always struggled against Doctor Strange in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 Must have switched my team around at least 20 times before besting him (And that's on the lowest difficulty setting too😢)
i’m just assuming you’ve never beaten (or maybe even played) Sekiro, because you wouldn’t possibly compare any of those bosses if you had. Frankly, just don’t even compare the difficulty of any turn-based RPG to a real-time action game. One can be easily defeated by tips from the internet and grinding; the other takes the work of acquiring a specific skill.
Some of these were questionable like thousand year door's final boss? I beat her on my first go with the game when the remake for the Switch game out, maybe she was harder on the GC version? not sure. Mr. X though... come on... you just literally have to move when he starts charging.... Not a bad list overall though
Blasphemous II boss was way harder than what you guys gave him credit for considering these other bosses like Shao Kahn can get beat by any character in way less time😅
the hardest boss in gaming is the secret fucking duck race in shenmue 2. the things u had to do to get that duck race and win is crazy. if u know... u know
Lies of P was a great game, but I guess gameplay style matters. I got my butt handed to me MANY TIMES by the previous boss and I beat the Nameless puppet on the second try. No Fountain.

Nancy-MI847J and Azazel (Tekken 6)
Onslaught (Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes)
Parace L'Sia ( Suggoi! Arcana Heart 2)
Azazel from Tekken 6
The fact that Giygas from Earthbound is not on this list makes me wonder.
Honestly, I'd put Lucifer from SMT3 Nocture instead of Nyx Avatar, yes he might not have 14 phases but here's the catch:

Those damn Valkyries in God Of War 2018😭
They aren't a final boss though
@2Beasty That's the thing, it felt more like the final boss than the actual Final boss of the game
Yes FML 😂😂 when I beat them I was like damn I haven't been through something like that in a while proud say I have beat a couple on this list
Forget the Valkyries, the Berserkers
I can't even count the amount of times Isshin the sword saint has been number one in every of your "hardest bosses" lists.
Anything to boost Fromsofft reputation, or any major AAA, when there are other games out there whos bosses are harder
I am impressed that Transformers: Devastation Megatron isn't on this list. the guy has every element of a difficult boss in his first phase in the final battle, tons of HP, attack that do alot of damage and can even tank hits from the strongest weapons in the game, just like Armstrong
Shao Kahn is MK9 is WAY easier than he was in MK2 and MK3
The only one of these games I've ever played was Mike Tyson's Punch Out. I never beat Tyson as a kid, but went back and beat him as an adult hehe. Damn these new games look so intense.
You know, Tyson is kinda the odd one out of these bosses, sure he’s not no Greek god or demon, or a VERY CERTAIN ninja, he’s just a (somewhat) normal dude that you face in a boxing match, but god damn is he hard.

The same. I had more trouble with Margaret than nyx.
I was in the mid to early eighties level wise used physical attacks through most of the forms and was done in about 30 minutes
Final Boss of Heavenly Sword was absolutely brutal
Necron - Final Fantasy 9 His Grand Cross attack has so many random effects from instant Death to Zombie it's impossible to deal with all of them.
I’ve beaten Tabuu. I’ve also made several attempts to beat Galdera, but I haven’t pulled it off.
Great topic, I like these. Cheers!

Didn't you guys do this topic already?
yes and
Gotta update sometimes, opinions change....
Yes, they've done parts 1, 2, and 3....but not all of them together!
Annoying
already?? more like the 20th time
if you thought Hades was difficult, try fighting him with Extreme Measures activated. good luck!
How about you do top 10 video game bosses that were harder than the final boss.
They have im pretty sure lol they remake these videos every year or so lol they're outta ideas
Great ape vegeta
Evil Rico in Thunder Ray and Ken in River City Girls Zero
Awesome gaming list choice

I was the first in my school to beat Tyson.. He didn’t pull punches like he did with Jake Paul. 😂
always love seeing the Sword Saint in the top 3. Sekiro is my favorite game 😊
the only nes game i finish play till the end is little ninja brothers and the final boss really good and fun to fight, although maybe not the toughest among nes games.
Many hard final bosses throughout the decades for me from 1980-Now
Skylanders Trap Team Kaos in Nightmare Mode should definitely be on this list.
Youve already done this list fairly recently and the bosses havent changed much, especially the top 10! 😅
I don't really find Shirona super difficult, Stadium 1 Fisher however...
Please bring back the MojoTravels channel. It's been almost 5 years since the sudden stop of the travel industry and things are pretty much back to normal. I know you gave it a try again about a year ago, but not for very long. Please bring the channel back. Thank you.
It's a good compilation.
Must've forgot about the numerous bosses from Ninja Gaiden & Ninja Gaiden Black on the Xbox.🤔
@@snsdkbopper7819 the thing is that they only picked final bosses
Instead of Jinpachi, Azazel from Tekken 6 would be more suitable for this top.
100% agree! I'm a Tekken God Supreme and I still struggle fighting that goofy boss 😂.
Thanks for so interesting and valuable video as always ❤❤❤

Ngl, putting Crash 4's final boss on the list is a bit strange, especially since the first time with Cortex, that fight seemed more tougher
Watchmojo isn't pregnant but they never fail to deliver 😂

This video should be renamed as "Top 30 hardest bosses I have ever played..."
In Cuphead, the Devil is only hard (maybe) if you're going for that S rank.
All of the hardest final bosses broke me.
Fang from Sonic Superstars. I don't care if he isn't the final boss of the entire game, his still a pain in the ass to beat even more than the Death Egg Robot itself from Sonic 2.
true
No Pokemon final boss ever is hard, if you come slightly prepared and not just go there underleveled. Same for Final Fantasy, they're not meant to be extremely hard, that's why they have secret bosses.
Every single week they haven’t had a different idea in years
Naga in Mortal Kombat took forever. 🎉
Who?
They should make the amount of commercials in this video a final boss
I’m just here to say that if you beat the dice guy in cuphead, the devil being next makes you sigh in relief, he’s SO much easier.

King dice was easy what are you on about. Fight 3 easy mini bosses that also give you extra health and fight the easiest boss in the game
King dice was a little fuck....

Funny I almost messaged the exact same thing.
Can someone make a complete list based on this video? That would help a lot thanks.
The Final boss fight in Jaws unleashed is BRUTAL
Kratos vs. Zeus was truly more exciting than Kratos vs. Odin.
Taboo from smash (proceeds to show footage of someone doing the fight hitless)
I haven't played any of these games, but I agree with this list.
23:48 oh boy, and just yesterday I finally beat Radiance... With all 4 bindings.
I didn't get far in that game....lol
Tyson is insane
Not against Jake Paul. 😂
😂@@selfan2005
It’s about learning patterns. You have to be perfect for about 3 minutes. It’s hard but if you see the patterns it becomes about muscle memory.
@@gregorymccasland2874 OK iwill try
@@gregorymccasland2874Well that and nerve control
There's no mention of Gill from Street Fighter 3, Igniz from The King of Fighters 2001, or Azazel from Tekken 6.
Who sat there beating the crap outta Zeus for like 5 minutes straight
Undertaker- Cage Match- Wrestlemania 2000 iykyk
The final boss in visions of mana, can be hard and cheap, its took me many times to beat him
Is Elden Ring the only game you have played since the 90s? Im probably exaggerating but it feels like it was 15 games from the 90s with a few current smashed in. Good games from 90-2010 didn't focus on making unbeatable bosses, they made you actually play the game. Shocker.

You forgot the video game killer instinct👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
Venom from Spider-Man better be on here
Noah Prime from Astral Chain is ridiculously difficult.
Just to say the later version of Punch Out Mr. Dream is referenced to Rocky Marciano.

Jubileus was just The Savior 2.0
I immediately expected Cynthia
But like why is Gideon Graves from Scott Pilgrim vs The World game ever on these lists??
Cynthia is the hardest to beat, Whitney is second. There is also Sephiroth & Albert Wesker
i’m just assuming you’ve never beaten (or maybe even played) Sekiro, because you wouldn’t possibly compare any of those bosses if you had.

The Akuma/Magneto Merge from X-Men Vs Street Fighter is basically impossible
Cynthia in BDSP is far tougher than Diamond, Pearl and Platinum

Im suprises splatoon 1 2 and 3 final bosses ain't on this list
No Gil from Street Fighter 3 huh? Kind of shocked.
Not to mention Parace L'Sia from the Japan-only Arcana Heart 2. It is impossible to defeat her!
What abot sigrid the final Valkyrie, malenia and the orphan of kos?
Blasphemous II boss was way harder than what you guys gave him credit for considering these other bosses like Shao Kahn can get beat by any character in way less time😅
the devil was super easy, beat him in 5 trys. the real hard part of that games is the plane levels :(
Where’s Lingering Will?

Am I having Deja Vu or wasn't there already a list Iik this
Ultima from FF16
Sephiroth from FF7Rebirth
Lets be honest

What about any final bosses from Kingdom Hearts
Sephiroth from KH should be top 5. This list is so bad.
M Bison from Street Fighter Alpha 3
Evolution : worlds that last boss was impossible
the hardest boss in gaming is the secret fucking duck race in shenmue 2. the things u had to do to get that duck race and win is crazy. if u know... u know
The Seven Heroes from Romancing SaGa 2 Revenge of the Seven

No Fountain.
Cynthia wasn't really that hard to be honest If you train your pokemon enough also garchomp Is probably her easiest pokemon provided you have a decent Ice type or move like Ice beam spiritomb on the other hand......since fairy types weren't a thing back during DPP good luck lol sorry I love pokemon and know quite a lot about the series
