      I’ve been using it without earphones, but I’ve only been using it for 5 days now and it’s not a real big change at first for me but I am noticing the little changes in appetite and that I’m not hungry for a bit longer in the morning. I hope this helps, Namaste!

    This absolutely works. Used it only 3 nights + every nap I've had in those days. I've lost 1.5 kgs. I've lost my taste for fatty & sugary foods as well as unhealthy drinks. I'm craving green juices. I'm using smaller plates. Piling my plate with vegetables & protein. Also exercising & enjoying it immensely. My family is stunned. They cannot believe who I'm becoming.     Okay this is insane! I've done sooo much progress this last week. I'm not craving any sweets, crisps or anything like that and I workout 3-4 times a week. I've lost 2,3kg since Monday (5 days) and I don't have to put any effort in. I never comment on these things but you deserve all the credit I can give! ❤❤

    I turn this on every night. And since I started that about a month ago, I have lost 20 pounds. I will continue to use this unless I find something else in her listing that works better for me. I do think that this has helped me stay on track with my keto diet and intermittent fasting. Thank you, I really really really appreciate this.

      Update: I stopped listening for a while, because I figured I got this now… I had to start listening again, and I’m back to losing weight. It’s very odd. I don’t know how this works but thank you again. I’m hoping I can find an MP3 of this, as a back up in case something should happento the universe or whatever. Thank you again.

    I have listened to this about 6 times so far. My portions are getting less and less and I have noticed that now instead of my overpowering cravings for sweets that I am beginning to crave good vegetables. Still have some sweet cravings but nothing like they were. Thank you so much. Sharing this with my sister and some friends who are starting this today.

    I've been on a waiting list now for over 4 years...tonight I decided to try this because I'm feeling strong enough to do this myself!! So far I'm absolutely loving this and I will continue each day to see how I go. I'm extremely overweight my knees are bone on bone and the pain is terrible. I'm too young for knee replacement so I need to help myself. This is my first step... tomorrow I eat less...the band is in!! We must eat less. 💖💖💖 So the journey begins. Goodluck all.

    Can I just say omg. I've been struggling to lose weight for years. I've tryed most of the videos on hypnosis on TH-cam. They don't work. I found this video last night put it on and today I've no appetite. I did have some porridge this morning because I have medication to take. I feel amazing I'm gona listen to this everynight.     I listened to this for the first time last night. Tonight when we had dinner, I only ate 1 taco and was full. I was thinking there was something wrong with me because I have never stopped after 1. My husband and I was watching TV and normally I am very snacky. Tonight I wasn't. I started thinking what is wrong with me. Then it clicked! I listened to this. So I am heading to bed now, excited about listening to it again tonight. 😁

    I found out someone I worked with had a gastric band fitted. I prefer the natural alternative and found yours. I have listened for three nights but today is the first day I have no craving for food I made myself a smoothie this morning and literally feel way better

      For some strange reason the tightnes in my tummy stopped about 3 weeks ago. I do feel the need of exerzicing though. I'm not loosing any weight, but not gaining any either. 7 kg is what I lost.

    Firstly Thankyou Samatha,
    This is very interesting.
    Although Ive been constantly beating myself daily about "shoudn't be eating this/that" I am tired and to be honest, I get great comfort from food. I Love Food! - even though many foods may not particularly like me, I crave delicious foods!
    I've been diagnosed with Epstein Barr, Leaky Gut, Allergies & Food Intollerances Plus more.
    After Watching a few episodes of a TV Series where a Dr assists overweight patients & does Gastric Band Surgery (& as I had heard previously of Hynosis for Gastric Banding), it prompted me to look on TH-cam - thus I found this one of Samanthas.
    I put this hypnosis on to listen to 2 nights ago, (not expecting anything to happen) but which I found to be a beautiful & relaxing meditation -but after aprox 20 mins or so I Fell Asleep.
    Without realising, I found I WASN'T looking for/or reaching for unhealthy foods yesterday and in fact wasn't hungry.
    Then I remembered I had done Samanthas Gastric Band Hypnosis?
    I listened again last night (& fell asleep again) and today not hungry again???? (most unusual for me).....
    To be honest I wasn't expecting immediate results and am curious to see what further results will do.
    I read down all the comments and found an area at start of comments from Samantha that can go to, to get a Workbook.
    I Was thinking haha, well I expect this will be expensive, but took a look -
    WHAT?

    Woke up at 1231 had to pee
    Last thing I remember hearing was remembering myself at a certain age...
    When I woke up I was nauseous. My whole body aches,. Not sure what is happening however I will do this for 30 days and let you know results.

    Thanks for this. I’m nervous about the “irreversible part.” I’m personally not comfortable with anything that’s irreversible when it comes to hypnosis. Can you speak on this for me? Do you have other of these that leaves that bit out? Thanks so much ❤

      Gastric is an irreversible procedure so to make it realistic, she has to add that and you'd need to believe it. Whenever you decide you no longer want to restrict yourself just remember you never had the actual surgery

    For anyone wondering if it works - it does. I've been doing it for a week. Starting weight was 240. Stepped on the scale this morning 231.5.
    Other things - I find it impossible to eat over the sink. The other day I was going to lean over the sink to eat a nectarine. I found myself at the table, taking a bite, setting the nectarine down, chewing slowly, and being mindful about how I ate it. By the time I was done my tummy pouch was full.
    I also find it impossible to nibble while preparing food. Last night I was making a taco and thought about taking a nibble of the meat. No matter how many times I thought about nibbling, I didn't. Also, I used to make 3 tacos for me on taco night. I could only eat one and part of an ear of corn. I was full. I took one bite of corn passed when I felt full and my tummy pouch got that uncomfortable stuffed feeling.
    A few days ago I was in a hurry and took my Half bowl of cereal (because I can't eat a full bowl anymore) into the bedroom to eat while I got ready. I ended up sitting at the table, taking a bite, putting the spoon down, chewing slowly and mindfully. I swear a ticker in my brain ticks out to 20 chews before I swallow. I can walk past the sweets in the grocery store and ignore them. I have exercised 3x this week. That's the most in a week I've done in years. I feel so good when I do it, and after. I'm going to work up to 5 or 6 times per week like I did when I was much younger.
    I pair this with her Binge eating and Crave workouts. I put it on when I go to bed. The induction from the Gastric Band puts me out. The wakeup at the end of Crave Workouts doesn't wake me up if it isn't time to get up.
    I am looking forward to getting to my goal weight. I can see her and all the cute clothes I'll be able to wear when I get there. I never want to get this heavy again.

      2 weeks. I'm down to 226. This really works! I haven't felt hungry like other calorie restrictive diets. My tummy pouch gets full quickly and I feel satiated. I am finding it impossible to eat if I am not truly hungry. If I think about food or eating when I am not hungry, my thoughts slip away from food to other things, like exercise.
      I am exercising more. I get a really good all body feeling and mental reward when I exercise now.

      So I'm at the end of my third week. Weight loss has slowed a little. I'm down to 224 now. But I get full so quickly. Last night I ate one Street Taco - shrimp taco and 3 jumbo shrimp and I was full. I had a 4th shrimp, but it was too much and had to be put in the fridge. For lunches I bring a half a sandwich (1 slice of bread cut in half) and some berries and cherries. After a few berries and the sandwich I am full. It is amazing how little I eat and get full on now.
      I added in intermittent fasting 8/16. My eating hours are from 9am to 5pm. I take a raw juice or smoothie with me in a thermos for breakfast during my morning break.
      I feel sooo much better! My pants aren't having to stretch as much to close. My belt that I was getting ready to the next loose eyelet is now loose and snugs halfway to the next tightest eyelet. Soon I'll be back to that one!! Yay!
      All of this with no diet pills, no diet shakes, no special foods. Just basic normal food, just a LOT less. No binge eating, no chocolate munching. No eating half a gallon of ice cream because I am stressed or anxious or depressed or bored.
      Oh, and I am exercising and enjoying it. I'm not as winded as when I began.

      I’ve listened for about 28 days and it works.Because my stomach shrunk and I felt full after eating,I decided to then start intermittent fasting,16:8. Still listen to this everyday and lost around 7 kilos....feeling great!

    Is it right to fall asleep before they really start getting into the weightloss stuff? Should i be able to remember anything that is said past around 18 minutes into the video?

      Short answer is yes. Anything heard while unconscious can go into the subconscious so yes it could still benefit you. This is why they say it's bad to fall asleep watching tv, the messages go into your head easier as they bypass conscious awareness and go straight to subconscious. Although I imagine it would be best to try stay "awake" for hypnosis, though when under hypnosis many feel like they've fallen asleep due to the goal of hypnotherapists is to get you to state of deep relaxation (like theta brainwave state) so messages bypass conscious awareness and go straight to subconscious. If your body has falling asleep during the part where she's talking about surgery, that might actually be the hypnosis taking place rather than you actually falling asleep, either way should work

    Thank you so much Samantha, for making this video. I just started this morning, came home from my nightshift, had 5 donuts and chocolate and other food. And as usual very dissapointed with myself for doing this... I struggle all my life with food. Emotional bingeating to be precise. And then I remembered that I had this video on my phone but never listened to it... Until now. When I'd go to sleep, I took my earphones and put this video on so I could listen. I fell fast asleep afterwards. When I woke up hours later, I had absolutely no hunger whatsoever! I'm now at work (nighshift) and still not hungry. I ate a orange, and that is enough right now and lots of water. Usually I already have eaten unhealthy thing at work, but now? Nothing :-) When I'm getting home tomorrow, I will listen to it again and for the next month. Thank you again for making this work. The brain is somethhing really powerful and weird thing at the same time :-) You have a very soothing voice to listen to, really nice.

    If you’re wondering if this works, yes. Do it. I would put it under my pillow and play it and fall asleep no problem within a week I was having adversion from sweets, walking 30 mins a day and even getting sick when I eat or drink too much. I have went from 182 llbs to 175 in a week. Yes this is nuts I know but it very much so works!

    Wow. This works. Listened for 3 nights and already eating less and less frequently, pants fit better and scale moving down. and this after several months of overeating and using food to cope emotionally. Somehow eating for no reason just doesn’t seem like an option. Amazing.

    Is it normal to fall asleep listening to this? It is so relaxing that i eventually fall asleep. Some times i wake up in between like from a trans. Stay awake for a whole 2 sentences and am out again like a light? Is this normal and ok? Would it still work for me? Thx

    Thank you beautiful lady for you kindness and for putting this hypnosis session up for free. I started listening to it last night and I’m positive and hopeful for the first time in years.
    I am battling with weight problems for as long as I can remember. It is severely affecting my mobility and quality of life. I also have been diagnosed with Lopo-Lymphedeoma. I have tried several diets and exercise attempts over the years with maintaining consistency. As a result I put double the weight back on…not great 😢. I am wanting to make a permanent lifestyle change and this is just what I need so thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
    I have a couple of quick questions for you
    1. How long do I need to listen to this for it to be permanent?
    2. How will I know if it’s actually working for me?

    I have listened to this every night at bed time for almost a month. I've only lost 2lbs. So I really don't know if this is working or not. I really really wanted it to work. I'm on a weight gain pill, I'm going through menopause and I've been a yo-yo dieting my whole life . I do drink more water and I'm not hungry until night time. So I'll keep going and see if this will work more. I thought I'd try this instead of going for the gastric bypass surgery.

      Keep going I was sceptical but in just over 2 months have lost 10 kilos without doing more than having a greatly reduced appetite. You will achieve your goal with time and patience.

      At our age, and especially after yo-yo dieting, just eating fewer calories isn't enough. Our metabolism is very low. Check out videos by Thomas DeLauer and Stan Eckberg.

      Ok so I've dropped 5 more pounds and I listen to this nightly. I will keep listening but I might go to a real hypnotist for this very save thing. It costs $600. Thought I would try this app I will until I can afford the$600. I don't want to go through the actual surgery. So I'll just keep trying daily to do this, some is better than none.

      Ok it's the middle of March and I still listen every night. I've lost 12 pounds but the 2 pounds from the 12 is up and down lol. For some reason I detest chicken 🐔. So I'm saving chickens lives. Lol 🤣 I still like other meats tho. I actually eat salads daily as my main meal. Going through menopause doesn't help. It's like I should only eat lettuce and water to loose weight. So up ward and on Ward. I'll give another up date next month. HAPPY DIETING EVERYONE. 😍
