This is sick, could you clarify the difference between High FPS and Low FPS / edits? I like how high FPS looks after rendering but only record with around 90 FPS. Should I use low FPS or high FPS config?

as i like the thing in here i quit using sodium for my benefit as I went back to Optifine and Optifabric my fps was fixed sadly i resetted my pc before learning this But they both helped in fixing my fps FOR SOME people sodium can decrease FPS.
