How’d you secure the grab bar into the false floor? I have a 154 with a false floor, but can’t think of a way to really secure a grab bar to the floor like yours. Let me know, awesome build!

When he removed the seat bunks, does that mean he also removed the flotation foam? I’m looking to do something similar and I don’t wanna get myself sunk. 😅
Yes he did, and all he put back was a wooden floor but he had the sides foam filled for better floatation!

What kind of paint did you use for the outside of the boat?
We just used awl-grip marine paint for the outside!
