The interpretations I have are some that say 'perfect' some that say 'pure' but I don't have a copy that spells out the phrase you quote. I think you need to redo this due to your placement of the Celts. The Celts are not exclusive to Ireland. The Islands of England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland are remnants of the Celts. The interpretations I have are some that say 'perfect' some that say 'pure' but I don't have a copy that spells out the phrase you quote. Either way though it appears from all translations that the basic premise is that Noah was selected because he was no hybridized like the rest of the populace but had remained within his own 'type'.
