Wow you have so much energy in this video! I've been doing morning green smoothies for years usually with frozen mango, oranges, and spinach... but I'm going to switch to this recipe now!
I've always wondered what you would say to the assertion by many nutritionists that we need to add just a little fat--flax, chia, hemp seeds, or a small chunk of avocado--to a green smoothie in order to assimilate the nutrients from the greens. If you could comment, I'd be interested to hear your viewpoint. Thanks! P.S. I've enjoyed your GGS recipe for many years, but usually add a piece of raw ginger root, which to me gives it a little extra punch. And also, occasionally, I add a tsp. or so of raw hemp seeds (sorry!) :-)
What a beautiful recipe! How could one ever tire from drinking this; options are just endless! :) I love a version with a mango (instead of the pear) and thai basil (instead of parsley)! I swear it's tropical heaven! ;) Vx

Hello kimberly i am the type of person who eats always due to im still getting back on track on a normal eating habit from my eating disorder eventhough i am akready weight restored. And everytime i drink this i always find myself hungry after 30 mins and drink again and hungry again. You think eating greens vs making GGS will help me feel full more longer? And also can i drink this before bed to avoid night time eating?
How can you tell if you have candida? I’ve had bad bloating for the past year and I eat a healthy diet and work out regularly. I’ve tried everything like eating smaller meals, drinking more water and taking probiotics but nothing seems to work and I’m losing hope and feel like I’m going to look like this forever...
