    Bean Sprout Salad (mung salad) | Quick & Healthy Vegetarian Meal Ideas | Vegetarian Salad. This is a healthy beansprouts salad recipe perfect for quick & easy vegetarian meals and meal prep. This salad made with beansprouts & vegetables is not only high protein and filling but also tastes delicious. This beansprout salad is rich in vitamins & minerals making it very nutritious & healthy vegetarian salad. It contains fiber aiding digestion and is a very good meal option for weight loss making it a healthy vegetarian salad / meal / lunch or dinner. Check out my other vegetarian recipes!

    👉 INGREDIENTS : (3 to 4 servings)
    Beansprouts - 2 cups
    Spring Onions - 3 to 4
    Carrots - 1
    Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
    Dressing:
    Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
    Organic Honey - 1 tsp
    Pink Himalayan Salt - to taste
    Sesame Seeds (white) - 1 tsp
    👉 RECIPE :
    Wash all the vegetables, that is, carrot & spring onions thoroughly in running water to remove any impurities. Now chop the 3 to 4 spring onions finely into small strings and a carrot into thin long strings.
    Take 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan. When the pan turns pipping hot add the chopped spring onions and fry it for a minute. Then add the chopped carrot & let it cook until it turns soft. Once the carrot strings turn a bit soft add 2 cups of beansprouts to it and let it cook for 3 to 5 mins on medium heat.
    ✅ Pro Tip: Stir the beansprouts continuously.
    In the meantime, take a pan & roast white sesame seeds. Now take 1 tbsp of soy sauce, add 1 tsp of organic honey, pink Himalayan salt to taste & 1 tsp of roasted sesame seeds to it. Whisk well in order for all the ingredients to mix well & form a nice dressing.
    Now add the dressing to the cooked beansprout salad. Mix everything well. Plate & enjoy the salad as a side or main dish.
    ✅ Pro Tip: Never eat raw beansprouts as they grow in moist & warm climate making them prone to contamination. Always cook them & serve steaming hot.
